Q & M Dental Surgery (Woodlands Square)

I walked in to Q & M Dental, to visit Dr Chung last Friday for the first time. With the intention of just doing a consultation due to severe pain I have been experiencing over 2 nights. Turned out that I had a infection near one of my wisdom tooth. Dr Chung immediately advised me to do a extension after doing an X-ray. He also advised me to pull 2 other wisdom tooths that might cause infection in the near future. After advising me about the procedure and being honest with me about feeling some pain during the injection process. He started the process and within 15/20 mins I was done. It was such a relief for me. Dr Chung checked on me, for any pain after he was done. It was honestly a painless process. The receptionist was really friendly and understanding. She explained all the needed details and boom in less than a hour; I was on my way home. I will Highly Recommend Dr Chung and his dental clinic to anyone with toothache or related pain.

Would highly recommend to visit this branch. I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Doctor Chung was professional in his treatment services. What I also would like to commend was the great service from the nurse at the reception counter, as she patiently answered my queries and provided clear instructions that made the visit pleasant :)

1st time wisdom tooth extraction. Decide to take out 3 tooth so I don't need to go through the extraction again. 1/2 of it need surgery and can feel that it is really difficult to take out. Really want to thank Mr Chung for his patience at night. Not easy with someone who really scared of it. Really appreciate too that they play songs to calm me down but it doesn't work till the last song, 'halo'. Overall, a good service. Thank you.

Did my wisdom tooth extraction here. This place made me feel so comfortable. Dr Chung and Nurse Yui made this experience so casual and comfortable. Receptionist was amazing too, kept following up with everything, from even before I got here. Would really come back again for all my dental needs.

Very good experience in QM @ Woods Square. I had a very bad toothache on my root canal tooth. Dr Chang gave professional advice and did surgery for me. He was gentle throughout the procedure. Also, clinic assistant Tracy was very helpful in explaining and assisting me and other customers. Overall, the staff deliver excellent service!

Excellent delivery of patient care and service! Dr Chung and the team have arranged an appointment before their opening hours for my urgent wisdom tooth extraction due to sharp pain faced at night. Even though I gave a call just before their closing hour, the counter staff gave a return call when my call was missed. The extraction process was smooth and Dr Chung had explained clearly on the cause of my inflamed gums + steps of the procedure + potential risks + costs. The counter staff also explained clearly on the medications and gave properly advice. Thank you for going the extra mile for patients!

I've had my fillings, mouth guard and wisdom tooth surgery done by Dr Chung Changsun in 3 separate visits. I was mostly scared and nervous for the surgery as it was my first. Dr Chung did a great job throughout - he was gentle, patient and fast. The receptionist was also very friendly, patient and thorough. Gave clear instructions on the medications. Even follow up with a call the next day to check on progress. I truly appreciated the team for making me comfortable here. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I’ve been to this branch twice, and both trips were very pleasant! Dr Chung made sure to explain the procedures (I had cleaning and wisdom teeth removal respectively) to prep me for what was to come. Plus, him and the dental assistant also calmed and reassured me when I had to take my injections for the teeth extractions, which were undoubtedly painful. They also made sure to make the procedures fast and smooth, so that I don’t have to be in pain for long. The receptionists were also very friendly and thorough with their explanations! Will 100% recommend! :))
