Just visited this clinic without looking at the review. Wished I took a look at the review before going. Receptionist is really rude when she asked you to do something. There is a poster putting to be nice to the staff. I am wondering do they really deserved respect? Well, it is up to you to decide. Haha. All the best to the receptionist man. Doctor? He is very rush and don't really listen to you, i wanted extra day mc. He gave me a tone like I am pretending to be sick and ask for more. And request me to come back the next day if I am still unwell. I asked them if their medicine can do wonders and heal me within one day. They rebutted saying come tomorrow morning for review if still unwell so they can refer me to specialist. I have been unwell for a week after visiting a doctor from other clinic. By doing so, they are wasting my time for traveling to and fro. Totolly support people to boycott this outlet. Please leave the clinic once you experienced the rudeness from the receptionist.

The Healthway Medical website publish cost for in clinic ART test is $30. When I visited this clinic to do the test , they say that their fee is $42.80. We showed them the website page but they said their price has always been $42.80. Attitude was not pleasant . Go to the next nearest Healthway clinic in Hougang Mall for lower ART cost & better service

Paid a visit on the 2/2/2022 , 2pm EXACT. Or I should have said, I am there at 1.45pm. Prior to all these, this Nincompoop nurse instructed me to be there exactly at 2pm to take my Swab Test, any minute later than that will not be entertained. Hey, when I was there at 2pm, nothing was done except gathering of some personnel info’s. It was only after 1hr 15 mins later then the Swab test was taken. Yes, waited there standing for 75 mins!!! Cos only 2 chairs and the town council pple were washing the floor. This kinda of part time lousy Nurses could ask them to pls stay at home. And we had to wait till everyone completed the Swab test then can release the result, didn’t you know that we are patients and there are a certain level of discomfort that we are experiencing. Be it headache, bone aching, etc. A few days later, wanted to call in to verify somethings but the phone seemed to be engaged forever, cannot call thru. I truly believe that all there medical ethnic and professionalism ought to be reiterated into the service team members. It was afterall an unpleasant experience. Given a choice, I would not have went over.

Went for ARI Symptoms. My brother was asked to sit outside the clinic for treatment. As we have so called " pass" the swabbing time. So we asked CA Cass if he required a swab can he do now or must come back at 2pm. She rudely reply us " sit outside sit outside". So we wonder why she cannot just reply us yes or no? This is not worst. My brother was only given " 6" mac lozenges so we asked her can we have medication like Neuflo or anything for throat inflammation. Her reply is " we dont have anything u say, this you want or dont want ?". We felt we are threatened to take the only choice healthway have. We have never come across such a rude person. Cass, treat us with respect as we are not here to geng MC we are here to seek treatment as we are sick !! Healthway , you sure your clinic only have this for throat inflammation???? Hope to hear from your explanation.

Rude nurse (nah, i dont think they shld be called nurse, more like dispensary assistant), who interrupted me with, can you let me finish what i want to say. Long waiting time cos there is only 1 doctor, with every sick person just waiting outside so close to each other. Not enough seats, with old and kids having forced to stand as well. Website and the stickers on the entrance claim can do direct claims, but they dont want to process and make me pay in full first. Horrible service overall, will not be coming back even if i am sick.

Website says closed at 5pm. Reached at 4:35pm; the moment i step inside without having the chance to utter a single word, receptionist with the specs shouted " closed already!" Doctor went home!" I would like to give some humble suggestions since you guys operate on borderline stupidity. Change your closing time to 4:30pm. Stating it clearly in your website so you dont make sick patients come on time but still be told the place is already closed. Secondly, please use the skill future credit from the govt and sent your staffs to take those customer service course. Just sent them for the basic ones because they are sorely lacking in it. Also please buy a new watch for the doctor. The old one might be spoilt.

My dad was having leg pain for 1 day before went down on Saturday around 3 30pm and he is 74 years old. He been queuing for 1 hour plus outside sitting. Then finally his turn the nurse said the doctor want go home so ask him go back. They not going to attend him. My dad told her he been waiting for 1 hour but she didn't listen. Actually my dad went down at 1 plus at first, then the nurse told him come back at 3 30. I don't mind they said not taking anymore patient. But at least they could told my dad earlier before he start queuing and dun waste people time. The worse is.... my dad is the last person sitting outside and they told him they not attending him. I don't understand their procedure, if they not attending any patient please tell them not to wait earlier not until their turn and inform them. Just because u are the only clinic available on weekend at their area doesn't mean people need to suck up to your attitude If there is a 0 star, I would just give 0 star.

Fast and efficient. Not too crowded in the evenings and they open at 6pm. Nurse was nice enough to do an online check as I forgot my medical card so kudos for great service! Doctor was quick to explain the art procedure. Thank you!
