D	Dennis Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude nurses. Especially the Chinese one. They behave as if they are the bosses there. Talk to you rudely. Ask you put your identification here then ask you where is your identification. Then want to argue they merely ask you where and never ask you put there. They literally treat you worst than beggar. Seriously can avoid going there if you don't wish to be treated as an animal. Ask you go here go there.
S	Sophia Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was suppose to be given a referral letter and appointment to see a specialist at KTP hospital. It had been a week and therecwas no news or call. When I called the clinic, no one had done anything. No calls made to the hospital at all. This is very unacceptable especially when I am in pain and need to see a specialist. The nurses were in presumption that I would be a subsidised patient and did not even call to verify.
S	Shazy .A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For years, we only see Dr Lai who is a very good doctor hence we don't mind the long queue however the new nurses are not considerate and compassionate like the previous nurses. Recently, our son had a fever and we came all the way from Admiralty and were told registration closed due to overwhelming patients ahead of us. Hello!! Its only 10.10am! Very Disappointed ?. Previously, 11.30am was the last registration.
P	Pickles Dee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had cough and flu for the past few days so i told him to go to this doctor since i went twice and the morning guy doctor was very meticulous...but than he went at 2pm and was asked to sit outside as though he had a very bad disease and than a female doc came than check his throat and listen to his back and told him to wait there. Moments later the clinic assistant came and paased him 3 meds one for cough one for flu and one for pain. Thats it. I dont really think its a good service at all as my husband has asthma and he did not even get to talk to the doctor in charge. Thats it and passed him a day mc. He is not c+ as we swabbed him daily and every 6 hours. So why treat him that way...
R	Rozanah Yusoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime when I come to visit the clinic, the counter chinese staff short hair and wearing specs is always so rude, even to other patients. Always act like we owe her a living. I don’t understand why Healthway still keep these type of staff that affects the reputation of the clinic. Doctor Lai is good but people like her spoils everything. As a service staff, she should watch her tone and stop being a hypocrite.

Patients (C-) with symptoms relating to covid-19 had to wait outside the clinic! The relief doctor came out of her room to check on our conditions! We were the last group of patients!
p	pei pei wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND Not sure why this is such a popular clinic. Waited for a good 2 hours. The doctor on duty has zero respect for privacy for patients with ARI symptoms. She does a 10 seconds consultation at the entrance of clinic for each patient and done deal.i Cant even hear what she is trying to convey to me with her PEP on and commotion going on at the background (whiny sick kids and commotion from counter nurses trying to push away patients to the afternoon). Clinic staff also has zero empathy for patients with ARI symptoms. Yes, got it that we have to wait outside the clinic but the least you could do was to provide some chairs outside given the long waiting time before and after consultation. Waited for a good 15-20mins to collect my medication. Not sure whats causing the delay as the queue no. takes forever to move. Horrible horrible experience. Please dont visit eventhough its emergency. Better off calling 995.
h	helene lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to see doctor with symptom like sore throat, fever & body ache and was told to wait outside for the doctor. Outside meaning out of the clinic, without any chairs. I have been standing here, do not know when is my turn for 1.5hrs. Seriously, to stand for this long when you are unwell, it's a torture. Also my symptom is covid-19 symptom, isn't me endangering all the passer-bys? Shouldn't I be prioritized? Being a sick person coming to get treatment, but still have to suffer by standing outside of clinic. i really think this shouldn't be the case. I do understand the separation from people with other symptoms, but to be treated like this, I don't feel right.
