My appointment is at 11.20am, came half hr before as advised by the app, waiting for 1.5hrs is no problem, but the "patients before you" part of the app is not accurate. Supposed to still have 4 patients before me, refreshed and re-logged in and immediately became "you have missed your turn". I ran in from outside the door and true enough, they thought I had left already. So it is almost 2 hrs since my appointment, and I am still waiting. Please fix your app.

I had a swelling on my finger. went to this polyclinic. waited for like 1 hour even I reached there on time. I was diagnosed by a "newbie" Doctor. ( at least that what I think he is ) or inexperienced guy. I clearly explained him what caused it. He just asked me to take antibiotic and said it was an infection and said this thing will be cured. I knew he's inexperienced, the moment he looked at it and the way he started to inspect it. antibiotic didn't do a thing. What a waste of time and money!!

I wish all polyclinics in Singapore were like this. Comfortable and peaceful environment, clear and structured layout that is easy to navigate, respect for patient’s time through abiding by appointment bookings, welcoming staff. Nurse who was at the front door to the polyclinic today in particular was very nice and went above and beyond to advise me on future visits. Saw her speaking to her colleagues to suggest the right and wrong way of interacting with patients.

Nice ambience,clean environment, excellent service! I would like to compliment Larry-screening officer who greeted me at the entrance with his cheerful smile.He was really proactive in rendering assistance. He makes the registration process a fuss free one. And Nabillah-the medical technologist.She is so approachable & make the patient feel at ease by trying to speak their dialect. And the smile has never left her face. Keep up the good job to the 2 lovely person I met today!

Second visit to this clinic. Good experience so far. Easy to get an appointment via the app. I prefer coming after 12nn so as to avoid the morning crowd. I waited for 15mins during my first visit which was at 2.30pm. Today appointment was at 12.30pm. I came 15mins prior to my appointment to facilitate any registration. The same gentleman was at the entrance during both of my visits. He promptly attended to anyone in the queue. Explained everything clearly. Today, I cleared the registration in 2 mins. I went up to level 4 and waited for my turn. My number was called at 12.26pm ?. Nurse Ye Jian Ping was very thorough and patient. As my first jab was taken at a private clinic, she requested for all the documents so that it can be stored in the database. The explanation, documentation and jab took less than 15 mins. Nurse Ye requested that I stayed at the clinic for another 15mins to ensure no side effects or allergy before going off. I headed to the cafe on the 3rd floor to grab a bite. Nice and clean place with delicious food. The entire visit to the polyclinic took only 30mins and payment can be made via the NUHS app. On both of my visits, there was someone who approached me to introduce the app. I hope more people will use it to take the admin load off the healthcare professionals. Love the entire offline and online user experience.

Registration hours is from 7.45 am - 4.00 pm Saturday half day 7.45 am - 12.00 pm ( 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm is lunch time ) Now a day can use App(Health Hub) to make appointment and payment. Very convenient.

Booked my appointment on the Health Hub app a day before. Delighted that there are available slots for doctor consultation. New to this polyclinic, registration was smooth and Dr Yam was thorough and detailed. Likewise, the pharmacy experience was smooth and helpful. Booking the next appointment and payment was supported by a helpful lady. Definitely 5star service.

New polyclinic which is a 10 minutes walk from Bukit Panjang MRT. Not a very good design. If you are walking in from street level, you have to take the lift to L3, before entering the polyclinic proper. This is a hassle in my opinion. All the departments are crammed into a 5-storey air-conditioned building, so the common spaces feel congested even though the air-con is pleasant. Currently it is still not so crowded as there are not many patients and medical staff, but I wonder how this centre can cope if COVID safe distancing is required again. I took my newborn for the checkups. Sometimes, I was given queuing priority for newborn. Sometimes I have to wait 3 hours between the nurse checkup and the paediatrician's consultation. Hopefully they will improve their queue system.
