β β β β β Very rude doctor and not understanding at all and love to argue back. Don't even talk about the waiting time it takes like one hour I think it will be efficient for u to wait till the next day if u are seeing the doctor late at night and the service was also bad too . I would recomment to see another doctor

β β β β β Doctor is really rude, sarcastic and rough. I sprained my back and when this male doctor checked my back, he press pretty damn hard and caused a sharp pain and me letting out an uncontrollable groan. He didnβt even apologise but went on nagging about youngsters not having enough exercise. Highly do not recommend this place unless necessary.

β β β β β Experienced doctor with sense of humour. Donβt think heβs sarcastic as claimed by others. Clinic has been around for more than 10 years. Always very crowded. Medications prescribed to me are usually effective (common colds, gastric, sore throat). Reasonable fee for consultation and medications.

β β β β β Honestly speaking i love doctor here. He is experience and nice guy. But dont like one of nurse here who wear spectacle, rude and impolite at all. This 1 star is to give nurse not clinic.

β β β β β Parents made me visit this clinic growing up and I hate every visit to Dr. Loi. I still remember how he interrogated me on what's wrong with me (if I had known, why would I see a doc?) when I was only a kid back then. That incident is more than 10 years ago but I still remember it clearly as it was hurtful and scary. My parents also made me get my ear piercing from him and he told me his opinion on where my piercing should be on my lobe. It was unwanted opinion. Closed the hole and will be getting it pierced again elsewhere. What a waste of time and money.

β β β β β First time and last time visiting this clinic. As mentioned by other reviews, doctor is rude, sarcastic and unsympathetic. When you are feeling unwell that is the least you expect from someone whom is supposed to diagnose, understand and most importantly help you get better. If I knew what's wrong with myself in the first place why would I even go and consult a doctor. The whole consultation seems more like a lecture and blaming session with nothing constructive at all. May I suggest instead of displaying all of your qualifications proudly on the wall, why not use your skills future to go for a short course on customer service. I believe that this will not only help your business and also win back customers that lost faith in you and your clinic.
