On 21/2/22 was refered here by another clinic (clinic A), due to that clinic (clinic A) can't do PCR test for my 5yr old child who was Covid positive. Went here asap before noon, and was shooed away harshly by the nurses. They say they needed to eat cant entertain new comers, come back around 3.30-4.30pm. Came back again at 3.30, went to register, the nurses ignored me. Then one chinese nurse responded harshly, giving sarcastic remarks. Handed my referal letter n waited another 15mins for the PCR, after we done, still she responded very harshly, waited again 15mins for results..upon receiving the slip, it didnt say PCR as requested my referal letter..it was only ART. When asked why, she just ignored and say go home and isolate. I know frontliners are tired etc, but cant you guys also treat patients with empathy, make a 5 year old positive case go back n forth to clinic and not even doing what was written in referal letter. Will never go here again, mybe owners of clinic need to send these nurses empathy course etc. If hate people so much, dont work in this sector

Paid $65 to be told disinterestedly by the doctor that there's nothing much he can do without even making eye contact with me while sighing from time to time, sounded like he didn't want to be there at all. Other doctor I went to at another clinic was much more attentive to my concerns and made an effort to get to the root of the problem. To clarify, if there's nothing you can do, sure. But customer service is an important skill to have in a people-facing position.

The doctor was great and professional. However, the service staff were terrible. My toe was bleeding heavily but she didn't let me sit in the clinic (there were empty spaces). After i was done seeing the doctor, I was waiting to make payment. I asked if i could make payment and they told me to wait as they were 'busy preparing'. (3 of them were laughing and teasing one patient for 10 minutes whilst i was waiting) I informed them that ive no medication and im ready to make payment. She got my name wrong and only started to process my bill after getting it right. They were unapologetic throughout. Just a bad experience with the clinic service.

Our kids had been to this clinic a few times past year. The doctors are good. However, this morning visit was plain horrible. The service staff was rude. Insist for a photo ID of my pre school kid to register, not even a birth cert was acceptable. And then implied that we cut in the line - It was the other staff who told us to register first. Enough of ill-mannered behavior, we left to find another clinic.

My second visit here and I'm really impressed by the receptionists and doctor's services. Really friendly and nice. Came earlier than opening hours expecting a queue but thankfully there wasn't, and the clinic opened on time. Registration was smooth, ART swab done by receptionist was done outside and professionally, waiting time for doctor also fast and he was really nice and caring.

Super friendly and extremely accommodating front desk personnel. They were so accepting to take my PCR test even without an appointment. I was shocked when they said their price is even lower than the norm. Superb well deserved 5 stars rating to both the lovely ladies. I kid you not this place was so full but they performed my PCR in a snap.

Was here on 9-May at 6 pm. The staff were friendly and warmth. Doctor was attentive and caring. Able to explain in clear terms, the medical solutions and benefits of different medications.

Visited the clinic this morning, the staffs were all professionals and well mannered. During the consultation with the doctor, the experience was beyond my expectation. Doctor on duty listened to the issues and provided his medical advice. As I am not medically trained, I clarified some issues with him and he patiently explained in greater clarity. This clinic deserves to be in my "go-to" list! Bravo to the management and team!
