β β β β β I think Iβm pretty tolerant to sweet stuff - but this is overbearingly sweet. Ordered the brown sugar pearl milk with cheese cream. Did not taste any cheese, cream was also very little. Tea jelly added was disgusting - just tasted like syrup jelly with zero tea taste. Brown sugar is too thick and sweet, no fragrance of the brown sugar either. Milk taste barely there. Overall a waste of $5.30 ordered via foodpanda.

β β β β β I wish to compliment R&B's staff at Whitesands. I made a mistake with my order this morning and the staff (sorry, I didn't get her name...) was very patient and graciously changed the drink for me. I'm really impressed by the good customer service that she provides!
Anyway, I've always loved drinks from R&B! They're tasty and very affordable too! Also, their brown sugar pearls are soft, warm and yummy ?

β β β β β The milk tea was nice and creamy, but overall, the drink was too sweet because of the brown sugar pearls. They do offer other types of pearls, but I donβt know if they are less sweet or if you can substitute without incurring an extra cost. Itβs worth asking, though.
