Walked in and tried to trim my dry hair, it was cut by a Chinese male hairstylist. Very poor service, he told me the hair was done cutting when the hair length was uneven for left and right side. He was unaware of the uneven haircut after telling him until I pull both of the side of the hair to show him. He helped to cut again, but overall the haircut is very bad, the hair length is uneven for front and back, and it is not connected, can see a very fine straight line of the hair when I am asking for layer.

Bad experience with the long-haired tanned skin aunty. Looks very inexperienced. Take very long to cut and the hair is not even satisfactory.

Staff always trying to sell their package or hair products at inflated prices. Was dumb enough to get a package which allows one to get 12 haircuts at a package price. Unfortunately after 2 haircuts they said package terms have changed and women need to pay an extra $5. So what’s the point of the package? Hair cutting experience was not pleasant too with uneven cutting, rough hair handling and combs and brushes looking like they have never been washed. Really regret going there

Purchased $50 value package for 6 times hair cut. The 4th time I came I been informed need to pay another $5, because CNY. Other than the price, the service is very horrible. It was a female barber and done cutting very quick. I told her I want the length to be shorter. She talked back that it will looks bad, not natural blah blah. I insisted to cut shorter then she become impatient and did lossy job

While there are a fair share of negative reviews to this shop, I think I’ve been pretty lucky to find a hairdresser that suits me here. Been with Jenny for a year plus now, and she always delivers good services. This salon has always been reasonably priced compared to its counterparts within the mall too. Prices are very affordable and the hairdressers here are professional and experienced. I’ve always seen the same few faces throughout the year which means that their staff retention is good. You can be assured you can find back your preferred hairstylist even after getting a package. There’s also a short massage given for the scalp treatments I do, really nice to have though I wish the massage could be slightly longer. They will definitely promote upgrades and topup services here and there but I just reject politely when I feel that it’s not necessary. Sometimes I purchase when I find that I need it and the price is right. $50 haircut package is by far the most value for money I’ve seen in the market, got one for my husband as well and he has been satisfied so far. He prefers it to other quick cut salons because he wants to get a hairstylist that knows his preferred style instead of a different one everytime. Just find a hairdresser you can click with and I believe the cost savings will pay off for the style/service that you want.

Horrible. Avoid this shop at all cost. Went to this shop today due to the barber I preferred from another shop wasn’t around. Served by an old lady in this shop. Don’t even understand what is medium slope. Accidentally trim more hair at one of the side burns. Deeply disappointed with the standard, really doubt is this barber trained? Trim my fringe until too short, overall look very very imbalance. Please please please avoid this barber shop at all cost.

Went both time, auntie only thin my hair but did not cut it short. Only make it thin and less volume. Second time was the guy cut for me. Cut until my fringe unbalance and in the middle of my fringe very very short. Both side very long. Will never go back again. Not recommended

Went at 7pm yesterday. 3 customers in shop, 2 lady hair stylists, and 2 customers queuing in front of me. Very quiet surrounding despite it being a Saturday. All the customers were done by 7:52pm. When it was my turn, one of the hair stylists mentioned to come again another day because they were closing, when I've been waiting right in front of their eyes for nearly an hour! To be fair, I didn't know that they close at 8pm. Just felt that they could have at least mentioned to me way earlier about the closing time. Plus I just needed a simple hair cut which could be done within 10 minutes. Regretted buying the package deal. Will not patronize again once I finish the package. Poor customer service and poorly maintained equipments are not worth the money saved.
