I always had bad experience at BLS at both places, IP and Sim Lim Tower. Horrible service. My husband too always had bad experience. No politeness. When there were many agents like Mustafa, VLS, their service was ok but now they think that they are the only one and the service is horrible.

Very poor service for passport renewal process. BLS is dominating in Grange road IHCoffice. Due to small error in online application process, they asked us to redo everything, and resubmit and printed out. They doesn't have any facility to even print it out. My appointment was 9:30 am, now time is12:40 pm,, still not yet called. Littleinda branch, getting online appointment not possible. It's another lousy system.

There is no work culture. Instead of accepting their fault and apologise humbly, will start blaming you like you are lying. Not just in behave, even verbally told that they are the authority. Things didn't change much in years. I have faith in my country and so I never ever gave up the citizenship like my other friends did but I have no confidence on the work culture and attitude on the employees of HCI. Always feel disappointed with HCI. Given feedback but I am confident that nothing will happen and nothing Will change. Feedback is also a formality for them.

Hi HCI, Can you please look after the BLS Little India Branch. It make HCI look bad. Are you conducting any audit on them on their behavior and attitude towards people as they are representative HCI?. Worst experience today while went to BLS Little India branch for passport renewal. Staff there are not friendly and cooperative. Didn’t even response for any kind of Enquiry. Poorly managed website and didn’t specify what time to make appointment. Even taking appointment need to wait for long hours for submission. Then what is the point to take appointment. During their contract renewal, can take all these thing in to your consideration. Please take necessary action to serve better.

We had an emergency situation for travel and needed the passport for my wife quickly. I am so grateful to the lady at the entrance for listening to our problem patiently and then to a person from HCI. With the help of the whole team, we got our passport in time. Thank you so much!!!

Have seen progressive improvement over last 10 years, amazed by what HCI has achieved in limited resources. Very helpful staff and Management. Most of the processes are now streamlined and appointment booking is online. Just one tip for visitors, carry cash for payment and lot of coins if you have habit of forgetting one or 2 documents because the copier machine is coin operated.

Please get your numbers fixed, and ask employees to be on phones at working hours. Most of time from years nobody picks phone., when you reach in office you see employees chit chatting, and avoiding any phone calls. It's really bad experience & bad way of working in relaxed mode. Sorry to say but you need to improve your systems. Jai Hind .
