★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not helpful, regurgitation of canned responses and sadly the Chinese lady who met with me about my MVV enquiries was a little condescending and dismissive. Not a good representation of what a lovely and friendly country The Netherlands is. I was asked if I had tried googling for my questions, or to invest in myself to become a highly skilled migrant, or to approach the Singapore consulate in Belgium instead.
Given the clear intention expressed by both countries to improve bilateral trade relations, there is a surprising lack of support or information at the embassy level for Singaporeans keen on working in or moving to the Netherlands. They did not value our time or address specific questions we asked. It was a really disappointing visit that made me question the point of the embassy and the staff’s commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is calm and kids friendly. They've a corner dedicated for kids with papers, color pencils and books(written in Dutch).
Water dispenser is available with disposable cups, ladies washroom is available next to the elevator.
People are kind and well understanding. We had an issue with our MVV appointment but they went an extra mile and helped us to resolve it.
