Came to renew our passports. The process was smooth and the staff were polite. The new area also looks brighter and more comfy.

such a horrible experience with this embassy. you cant reach out to them over hotline at all. even if you do , they will purposely hang up on your call. i after 2 hrs of trying to reach them i somehow managed to reach someone and when i asked them questions about their country's covid policy, they themselves do not know! After which they hung up the call on me quickly. extremely unprofessional behaviour by the indonesian embassy. They should be ashamed of their services. if i could rate them lower i would. Someone should do an internal check on them and make sure these unprofessional services are not part of the Singapore culture. Never in my life have i had such a horrible experience and never would i have thought of getting these kind of horrid experience from an embassy nevertheless.

A bad experience calling the embassy. Calls were never put through properly. Every time we made a selection, it will bring us back to the main menu. Every selection that I made does just that. When the call was finally put through to someone, the person whom answered the call was really impatient. Kept on telling me to refer to the website. If I can get clarity on your website, I wouldn’t be calling you and wasting my time. If you think that every caller is a nuisance, quit your freaking job and just stay at home. Don’t degrade the quality of the embassy with your level of service. Such a shame for the embassy to be having you as a front liner of the embassy.

I was informed by my helper that there's new regulation from Indonesia embassy stated that we will need to apply home leave for domestic helper via Indonesia embassy. However , I have been tried to call embassy hotline and email them numerous times with home application issue, non of your staff willing/able to answer the calls (either keep cutting off/hanging off the phone or just don’t want to pick up) and non of your staff response to my emails . I have drove to the embassy myself but was not allow to enter without appointment?! I have tried to book an appointment but after secured the slot , it then indicated in the email and website need to wait for staff to approve for the appointment?? If so, is it mean home leave application is not a compulsory thing since non of the staff is able to engage/don’t care at all ? Kindly advice as I REALLY WISH MY HELPER TO HAVE A GOOD and SMOOTH FAMILY REUNION , thank you

I have been trying to contact the Embassy via phone and email and no one is reverting to me or picking up the phone. My helper is scheduled to return to Indonesia in 2 weeks but apparently we will need a home leave approval or Employment contract that is validated by the Embassy for her to return. Despite the numerous times I believe many people are trying to contact the Embassy and all the appointment slots being full with no light in sight. Someone from the Embassy should have the decency to revert due to this urgency if you change the rules. I am giving it a few 2 more days before I report this to News Strait Times and they should run a story on the inefficiency of the Embassy!

A smooth and pleasant experience! So much of improvement from the last time I came to renew my passport. The gentleman in front of the entrance are so helpful, he help everyone to check the documents to make sure we bring the correct documents. All the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. One that really leave a lasting impression are staffs in counter 3 to 6. Thumbs up for the good work done! So proud of KBRI Singapura!

Visited today to renew passport. It was a great experience. They just renovated the place. You can see Jokowi was doing selfie at the field. The renewal process was done quick. Took me total 40 minutes to get it all done. 20+ minutes outside and and about 15 minutes on the submission and photo. 6 counters and all available. Submission and photo counters side by side and they were working together efficiently. I was satisfied with the service now after renovation. The seats were more comfortable and they put quite a distance each seats. The only thing is the parking, they don't have any parking for visitor. Plenty of space available inside though but yeah I understand that if everyone coming with car, it would not be enough.

Visited the revamped consular section. Modern but with clear Indonesian motifs, and in line with social distancing requirements. Will comfortably cater to needs of the Embassy for many years to come.
