Awesome! I booked the Covid Travel insurance overseas. Unfortunately my flight was cancelled and i had to change the date of travel. Called the hotline, short waiting time, prompt call-back! Immediate settlement on the phone for the extra days coverage i needed. totally hassle free and easy to transact! Highly recommended!!!! Thank you

The purchasing process was easy and quick and the premiums were reasonable. So far so good. Of course, w insurance, you never know until you have a claim. Easy to buy is nice... getting snagged on those 22 pages of T&Cs is what you worry about.

Your relationship officer Ms Fatimah has been very friendly and patience. Although she does not have any authorities to offer any discount, she will try to convince me that the offer is the best. Of course I do check around and know others have indeed offered better discount. Despite of that, I still went ahead to renew because I am happy with her service. HL Assurance refunded me for the travel insurance I bought back in March 2020. Yes when the pandemic hit and all travel stopped. They didn't have to but they did and for that gesture back then, I decided to take insurance with them. They value the customer experience and they showed it back then when everywhere else profit took center stage. Thanks HL Assurance.

It’s time to travel now and I just scroll through the web and happen to find out that HL Assurance is giving discount on travel insurance and I checkout that the premium is reasonable with covid19 coverage and affordable . After going through the policy benefits it look good and I brought an annual travel plan. The reviews by others were also positive. This is my first time with HL Assurance hopefully it serve me well and will continue the policy throughout.

I called HL Assurance and Mr Mark Liew, the Relationship Officer picked my call. I told him that I wanted a car insurance for a car that I have purchased which I would like take ownership in a few days time. He was pleasant on the phone and reconfirmed with me exactly what I wanted. He proposed the insurance plans available and explained in details without rushing through. He allowed me to asked him questions and stopped him anytime if I had doubts. A wonderful officer who took his client seriously and exceed by going the extra mile. When I decided to purchase the insurance with him, he got it done asap as he knew that I needed the car soon. He subsequently did a follow-up with me when he sent the documents over via email so that my car salesman could complete the documentation without any delay. I am happy that Mr Mark was not out there to make a sale out of me but rather took care and made sure what I am purchasing is what I needed. Thanks Mr Mark for your excellent service!

They know what a customer's need and want and have good coverage for motor insurance. Apart from the price is competitive their service for follow up calls is good particular this Gentleman by the name Mark which so happens both cars was handle by him and make explanation more easier for me. Keep up the good work and the reasonable package your company is offering . I believe more and more potential customers will come to know about your company's products and services and I am one of the lucky ones that have experienced it.
