Dr. Yeeyii, Dr. Nicholas, Dr. Gordon, Arabel, Honey, and the rest of the team all played a role in our dog's first pregnancy and the whole team is always so friendly, helpful, and supportive! They've made this experience a positive one as they are knowledgeable and help to keep us calm with their expertise. We are so grateful for their help in ensuring our dog and her puppies are healthy. Thank you all!

Was charged over $1035 to bring down the fever of my dog. She was in the clinic for less than half a day. Dr Woo charged over $500 for several tests. I think it is an extremely expensive clinic. I have kept dogs for over 40 years and have seen many vets before but I have never been charged over one thousand dollars in a single visit. Wouldn't be going there ever again. ??

My doggie was having diarrhea and I was frantically googling for vets to see her but everywhere was full until I managed to call this advanced VetCare at Bedok. They were really helpful and even though they didn't have any available slots for me, they went the extra mile to check for other branches that could give me a slot. Which brings me to this branch at Balestier. The clinic was so clean and welcoming. They had cones to reserve parking lots for patients which I felt was really thoughtful. The last thing we need is to look for a lot while our dearest one is feeling sooo unwell already. Registration was really smooth and we saw the vet almost immediately after we're done registering. I like how professional our vet was and she was very detail in telling us the diagnosis and how to care for my doggie. I would highly recommend the clinic. And because they have a few branches, it will be so much easier to get appt slots compared to those that doesn't have any branches.

TLDR: Advanced vet care is a great clinic and provided very satisfactory service. Will visit here again as needed ? We chanced upon Advanced vet care as we were looking for vets who specialise in surgery - my 14 year old JRT had a mast cell tumour on her skin in a slightly complicated position. Hence we wanted to find someone who was experience in this front to give us a peace of mind. Hence Dr Nick was one of the few opinions we gathered. Dr Nick was very friendly and approachable, he understood my concerns and made me feel assured that he will try his best to get of the tumour withoutAand we had to wait for weeks with other vets. Dropped my dog off in the morning and I requested for Dr Nick to give me a call following the blood tests + after operation so that I can be more assured my doggo was okay. He agreed to do so and was very friendly & patient over the phone. We picked up my dog 5 hours later and came back 2 weeks later for removal of stitches. Overall, it was a positive outcome as the tumour was low grade and Dr Nick + the team did a great job in taking care of my dog while reassuring me as the owner. I can’t emphasise how important and appreciate I am of this!! Separately, we also saw Dr Joey at the Bedok branch as well when my dog had to do an emergency CT scan for a non related issue and this was before the abovementioned issue for the skin tumour. She was really nice, friendly and reassuring as well and did her best to calm our nerves. We were really glad to have met her as well which was why we decided to get a consult with Dr Nick and eventually help excise the tumour. Overall, all my experiences with Advanced Vet Care & Dr Nick + Dr Joey were really great and I am thankful for their help in nursing my dog back to health!! Thanks Dr Nick & Dr Joey :)

Brought my dog in a few times for routine check up and other ailments. The various vets were very patient and explained everything clearly. They helped keep me calm and were very kind to my dog. Appreciate the service they give.

Dr Yee Yii attended to my pet bird Melon for the removal of the metal band(with broken bell) on his feet. She was very friendly and confident in her explanation. We felt assured that our pet bird was in good hand during the procedure. The Indian lady at the counter was also very friendly.. I found the fees are also quite reasonable. Very nice and clean clinic.

Visited the balestier branch and was greeted by a very passionate and professional team. Was very stressed and uncertain about putting 14 year old cookie under for surgery but the pros and cons was explained to me in details which helped me to make a decision. The whole procedure from consultation to post surgery care went very smoothly and I'm very thankful to Dr Nic, Dr Joey and Arabel for the care they have provided for cookie. Definitely reassuring to have cookie placed under the care of such a skilled team!

I’m a first time dog owner so had a lot of questions to ask each time and Dr Zachary is very always very patient to address them. I love how clean the clinic is and how friendly everyone is. (I have been to other veterinarian clinics when I used to have cats but the experience was terrible; messy queue with lots of different animals running around.) Here they made the visiting experience so relaxing and easy.
