Was window shopping for a hinoki scent so I decided to visit Hysses at Ion. Greeted by a very friendly and helpful aunty staff who asked me what I was looking for, and introduced the different types of hinoki scents available and their functions. The service she provided was very welcoming and even though I did not purchase anything in the end, I definitely remembered the experience and service she provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited your store at ION today around 3pm. Was very impressed by your staff’s service named Monica. She was so well mannered that she apologised many times as she was alone and busy serving the customer before me. She patiently, gracefully and politely introduced, promoted, explained as well as even suggested products according to my budget and suitability as I was looking for my wedding favors. Throughout, she remained smiling and spoke in a calm, gentle and polite tone that fits so well for a spa like store like hysses and not like the loud and aggressive selling tone of the staff that came after her. Will definitely look for her for future purchases. Excellent service, Monica! Keep it up!
