The budget hotel is cool but I don't like their service. First, the hotel told me that the room is not ready until 3pm and asked us if we want to upgrade and add 10$. We agreed. We got to our room. The room is so hot even with AC running. The beds are okay. The comfort room is okay. We have a nice view but when we unload our bags and settled right in, the receptionist called after 30 minutes sayingthat they are wrong and it should be 20$. We go back to our original booking and took back the 10bucks. She didnt even welcome us when we stepped in to the hotel. No smile. No greetings. No hospitality. Overall, the budget hotel is nice except the service.

I appreciate how courteous the staff of this hotel. They warmly welcome us when we arrived and they even helped us with our luggage. Our room is enough for a family of four. We were also given a complimentary drink in our first night. Thank you for making our stay extra special.

The hotel location is minutes away to Mount Faber. And minutes away to Harbour Front. 7-11 is just next door but unfortunately it closed at 11pm. Bus stop is in a walking distance. Went there to make inquiry to regards of a booking. Staff was very helpful, accommodating and friendly always with a smile. The hotel is well prepared with the COVID-19 situation and I do believed it is very safe to stay there. Good job Ibis! Well done! ?

Excellent 5 stars services. The staff are very caring and helpful, especially Ary who went the extra mile to care for her guests. My new Domestic Helper had stomach flu while she was on stay home notice at Iblis Mount Faber. The hotel arranged for her online doctor consultation and Ary paid for her medical fee on behalf, which I reimbursed after that. The touching part was my helper didn't manage to receive her medicine after the online doctor consultation the night before. Ary went all the way to the clinic at Ang Mo Kio to collect her medicines the next early morning and back to the hotel, so my helper could have her medicines as soon as possible. I feel rest assured that my helper is in good hands. Truly appreciate the caring help.

It has only been 2 hours after we checked in and the noises created by the malay staff is ridiculous, shouting (yes SHOUTING not talking) across the hallway and laughing out loud, playing their videos at high volume. We requested for a room on a higher floor (with or without window, we didn't care) after the noise, but we were told that the hotel was fully booked, yet we overheard a call whereby the concierge told the customer over the phone that there are still rooms available. If the rooms are fully booked, why are we still able to book another room online as well? We purposely paid more for a better room, yet i feel like if we got the cheaper room, we could have been on higher floor and away from these noises. We understand this is a budget hotel but the staff could have been more considerate? If it is the customer, we understand because that can't be helped. Don't get me wrong because the people there are friendly and welcoming. The fact that there is music playing in the lobby and we cannot hear it from our room, yet we can hear the videos they were watching. That shows how loud they were.

Bed was full of bed bugs and was bitten badly but the malay female staff did not care at all and kept giving me the annoyed and impatient look . She told me that she will let the housekeeping know about it but i told her about the bites i had she told me she cannot do anything about it . I’m upset that they only cared about the room and how to make it cleaner for the next customer , it’s not just about earning money but also customer service . This is a very bad experience and i don’t wish for anyone to go through this at here .

I do not base my ratings on aesthetics but on the attitude of staff. I am impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff members. Their smiles puts smiles on my face. Well done to all the staff at Ibis Mount Faber.
