β β β β β Facilities are easy to damage, poor sound insulation effect. Constant renovations and fire alarm testing don't make for a good rest.

β β β β β The design of the toilet and bathroom in the room I was staying in was faulty. In my room there is one sliding door for the toilet and bathroom. When I used the toilet in the morning and then used the bathroom closing the door, I had to keep the toilet open. By the time I finished my shower, the room was filled with the smell from the toilet. Luckily I was staying alone.

β β β β β The hotel was not bad but they were renovating and the noise level is unpleasantly high in the morning.
No carpark for the staycation and it was just so unpleasant because I had to park elsewhere and walk over. Incurred extra charges too. Unpleasant

β β β β β Topped up a little more for the premier room (with 2 windows) but was disappointed to see that the view is facing a cemetery. We pulled down the blinds throughout our entire stay. If I were to stay here again, I will pay for the cheapest room, and rather have the room facing the highway...
Service from the reception is good though. We asked for disposable chopsticks and also needed their help on the TV/chromecast connection. Hotel staff came up within 5mins to solve the issue.
Toilet design not really good. There is only 1 door, we can either close the toilet or shower room. Smell spread to the room/bed easily within an hour after we check in.

β β β β β I honestly thought this was a super decent hotel for the price. We topped up a little for a premier queen room and it was worth the upgrade since we had an extra window (more natural light) and slightly more space to move around.
The staff at the check-in desk (Victor) was very polite and helpful. We couldnβt check-in early since there were no rooms available yet, but you can leave your baggage with them to explore for the day and they will call you when your room is ready.
Location is great - just across the road from Vivocity so there are plenty of amenities and food options nearby. We chose to walk into Sentosa on 2 days via the bridge and took the monorail in on 1 of our days - super convenient for us since it was a Sentosa staycation for us. ??
The room was clean and comfortable, with ample space to place your belongings. One large window had a view of the Keppel Harbour, Dyson HQ and a mosque + muslim cemetery. Whereas the other room was filled with lush greenery from the forest behind. TV is in good working condition, powered by Chromecast so we could binge watch Youtube and other streaming apps.
Some cons:
- Bed was quite high (I struggled even though Iβm 168cm) and firmer than what Iβm used to.
- The shower and toilet area share a single-panel sliding door. So if you shut the sliding door on the shower area, the toilet is left open. (And vice versa - so when someone is taking a poop, the smell goes everywhere ?.)
Other cons (beyond their control):
There is renovation going on so there is currently no hotel lobby, and the reception has been temporarily relocated to the back of the building. Youβll need to climb up a slight hill to reach the reception so if you have mobility problems I will suggest you look elsewhere. Otherwise I think once renovation is concluded, these problems will disappear.

β β β β β Renovation in place hence I had to walk to the other entrance instead of the main entrance. Hotel receptionist Chinese lady was very arrogant and rude, not respectful and talks cocky tone to us. Room window was full of mold (green all over) at the bottom of the glass and the toilet door will not prevent any water leaking outside. Water leaked all over to my slipper area and even outside my hotel room door. Thatβs how bad the flooring placement is. Toilet cubicle and shower is separated. Swimming pool accessible until 7pm only. Comfy bed and pillows though.
