We were well greeted by Alan, one of the staff members. He was super helpful and kind to explain the details required for the stuffs we need. Was a pleasant "home-shopping" experience and am glad we came here.

/ edit for after sales experience. In short, go somewhere else. You might save a bit coming here, but it’s not worth the extra stress with the subpar after sales service and it ended up becoming more expensive as we had to replace items we bought from them 1. We made the mistake of not checking the items immediately on delivery and only discovered afterwards that there were missing items 2. Defective products which Ideal refused to change. Our new taps were defective and leaked water on our new carpentry. Ideal could only suggest sending it for servicing which we found less than ideal. 3. Less than ideal workaround solutions. We needed new toilet seats for our existing toilets. Ideal recommended seats based our existing ones which we brought to them, but they didn’t fit. They suggested cutting the stainless steel screws to force it in, without consideration for future changing of seats. Alan is extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful and patient in explaining about the various appliances for our bath and kitchen. No hard selling at all and he was able to advise on the various options for different price points. Highly recommend!

Upon entering the shop, we were immediately greeted by Alan, one of the staff members. He was very enthusiastic and helpful, taking us through the products we were interested in and giving much details. Must say he almost always had an answer to our questions. But what we truly appreciate was his honest opinions on the products, resulting in us looking at much cheaper options. At the end of the day, we ordered a toilet bowl and a wash basin from the shop. Paid half and requested for them to keep our purchase till when need to be delivered, which they agreed immediately. All in all, this was one of the best shopping experiences.

Jack is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and provided excellent after-sales service. More than a year after purchase, we ran into some trouble with a kitchen tap. A quick WhatsApp to Jack and a service plumber was at our door in two days to replace it at no charge. Thanks!

We were served by Alan. He is not pushy and very friendly. He knows his products well and very willing to share his knowledge which helped us to make decisions better. With his patience, we know we had make good choices and money well spent. thumbs up to his customer service and very highly recommended to those who are looking for quality and worthy products.

One stop shop for all my bathroom needs. They carry Grohe, Toto, Kholer Brand’s among others. Jack Tan was patient and knowledgeable, helping explain the features of different washlets, toilet bowls (oval vs U-shaped) & faucets (clearance, height, water saving features etc). Look forward to their installation.

Purchase a set of grohe faucet from Ideal 3 years back. Then it started to give problem ( the joy stick to turn water supply ) started to leakes and jammed. Reported to Mr Jack and he escalated the problem on my behalf to the AD . AD unable to resolve and they indent 2 set brand new. Waited about 6 weeks . Today 12 April 22 AD plumber came to remove the old and replace with brand new sets. Tks so much Mr Jack
