โ โ โ โ โ Today on the 17 august, me and my sister visited innisfree at northpoint. I was abit confuse about the different products so i approach your staff and her name was cheewei. I am very satisfied on how she introduce the product and also guide us on the procedure of each product we bought. She is friendly and remain patiently after we asked her multiple times as it gets confusing. Hence, i would like to say that cheewei is a very good staff which provides excellent customer service. After hearing what she introduces, i can understand better on the different products and therefore willing to purchase it. She even make sure that we understand how to use it before we leave and also told us that if anything we are unsure of, feel free to call them to clarify. This definitely make me feel like visiting innisfree more often. Thankyou for your patience and friendly service.

โ โ โ โ โ Products are good but the staff today should be sent to attend customer service training. There is no proper communication among themselves. One staff in particular was very defensive when i check some details with her. Hopefully they can improve in customer service and be friendlier towards customers.
