Cheap and good drinks but service seriously needs improvement. It says a lot when the service crew frowns at questions by customers and never bothered smiling throughout the whole process.

Nice and affordable bubble tea, tasty and rich. Staff attitude can be improve (Don't have to smile to the customer but please don't frown at us) ❤️

Upsize my drink to a large size. The lady made my drink M size, the cashier told the lady and she reopened the seal to pour it into a L size cup before resealing. So what am I paying extra for? Also, the male cashier with the pony tail has some bad attitude.

Manager was extremely rude. Will never go there again. My 9 year old daughter even asked why is the lady like that. A young girl was in front of us asking options & she rudely answered "what option? Just choose from the board!". Go KOI instead, long queue but professional & polite! Why isn't the management doing anything about this? The bad reviews of her are plenty!...guess they don't give a toss so its KOI we'll patronize moving forward.

Yesterday, my daughter went to Serangoon Nex itea to bought for me a TARO MiLk tea.. But when she got home, i was Surprised that what she ordered was different from the Sticker label.. And it's not A Purple drink.. Looks a sand or dont know what kind of my drink look like.. I drank abit and i had a terrible stomache.. Please look into this matter. Is your staff doing the good service or bad service..? I have a photo with me.. i need someone to reply this.. This is worse drink i ever had..

I just had a TERRIBLE experience with them. The cashier is TERRIBLY rude and I honestly don't understand why my straightforward order confuses her and she made it seems like it's my fault. First, I was telling her that my orders are medium size only. Without waiting for the next words I will say, she immediately came to me with "what medium?!" with matching hand gestures. I am a very patient person so I let it slide. Next, I said, i want to get a brown sugar milk tea, she then asked me what sugar level like she's running out of time. I said 25%. Next, I said "could I also get a taro bobo?" she reacted and said in a very rude manner, "what? I thought you said you wanted a brown sugar milk tea??" then she was shaking her head and said sarcastically, "can you repeat your order?". I couldn't take how she handles situation so I said "No, it's okay." Then I left. I don't need to be treated well, I just need to be treated fairly. I hope the management will do something about it cos you'll lose customers eventually.

Quality and Cost: The drinks are not of premium quality, but the prices are lower than other bubble tea stores out there. The prices have been increasing though, so hopefully they can still keep the prices competitive. Options: This store has more options than many other Itea stores. Will definitely buy more often if they have soy milk options for the milk tea series. Service: Staff are not particularly friendly, but they are good workers. I usually get my order very quickly despite the crowd.
