I did not need to make any alterations considering the amount of money I spent. I definitely look forward to having more suits done by them down the road. I was particularly happy with the choice of material that they choose for me. Owner, Jack is very humble and a down to earth person, make customers feel really comfortable and no pressure at any time during the entire process. The rest of his staff are very service oriented and professional too. A store not to miss while in Singapore.

Till today, I’m still wearing some of them that I done in 2012. Clothing done by him are really fitting and comfortable. He leaves NO details out. He sent me to Jack, who made the suits for the hotel staff. After 3 visits and fittings that week, Jack completed the work and shipped. Suits and shirts arrived a few weeks later in the USA. I still have the suits and sport coats, and the classic style looks good 17 years later. I’ve used m-Taylor and Proper Cloth, which have nice materials and quality, but none fit as good as Jack Custom.

He uses top quality materials which last for many years and fit excellently, and provides a truly bespoke service, making sure that you get exactly what you want each time.
