Jack's Place

My carbonara is nice but the chicken is too small portion amd the black forest cake is nice but the soup i think is pumkin soup it taste like flour and seem like other ingredients is mix together

After suchs a long time since my last visits to Jackplace looks like they are short of manpower but the India manager and the auntie who's a staffs there's really do work their way to serve, food was good and have a great deals for weekdays keep it up and thank u Waiting time :10 - 15min Food quality:8/10 Service 7/10 Atmosphere 8/10

Came to jack’s place Sengkang as it was the nearest branch from my home, and tempted by the 1:1 off peak offer. Service was ok, portion was ok, baked potato was super good as usual but the beef was a bit tough and no sauce on the beef totally. Definitely will not pay full price for this quality.

Going to Jack's Place is like going 'home'. It's like eating home food ie (non-chef cooks in the house). Food and menu has not changed much in my opinion and whilst the menu screams premium but it is quite the contrary. The food was quite simple and normal in taste and presentation. The baked potato was ok and so were the condiments served on the potato. Service wise, nothing spectacular and honestly can be cold. Avoid Jack's Place if you want to be pampered by service staff for that meal outing. Price, can be a little expensive for a family. The US beef looked good though. The good ole steaks are juicy but lack the char taste and smell. The staff were not rude, but were not very attentive. No smile, no eye contact. I had to wave my hand in the air for what seemed like hours before someone came. Oops and our request for humble warm water (paid its not free) took a couple of reminders before we received a jar of water labelled warm but was never warm. ?‍♂️ Oh the dessert was really dry and tasted like stored forever in the fridge. I'm not a fan of Jack's place. The last i went there was more than a decade ago if i recall right and today was a good reminder why i shall not be visiting Jacks place . Lastly do confirm the pricing since they have a menu for adults, students and kids and prices may vary.

Can here for lunch on a Saturday with my friend. Ordered their Chinese new year lunch set. No queue, Wait time for food was ok. Price was reasonable but the food taste was just ok nothing to shout about. The service was good.

Oysters is nice and other food is great too. The manager is very helpful too. My wife said the beef steak somehow taste better here than other outlet.. ?

Went to sengkang compass one outlet. Food taste quite good with big portion. Service was quite bad. Staff always hide away from customers as there were about 4 serving staff's. 6/10 points

Short queue during weekend but long wait for food. The staff were overwhelmed despite the smaller crowd cause they were used to only few tables during SMM period. Staff could be overheard complaining to manager. Food was ok though standard has gone down. Used to be value for money but now, just another place to eat in a mall because all the other restaurants are full.
