The outlet wasn't even busy to begin with.
I was even confused when she asked me to provide their item number??
She said there is no stock records and yet she is asking me to provide when in the 1st place she as a staff SHOULD know and have records kept in their system! If not, how they do their stock checking?
She makes no sense at all.
Overall, very bad service.
Will not recommend to go Bukit Panjang Plaza Outlet.

Last sunday(07/02/21) at 9:00pm, I need to buy something at the shop.I want to ask about some product, but no one cares about me but it doesn't matter………I waited for more than 20 minutes and asked three times before they gave me the product I wanted
I don’t want to talk about the attitude of the lady when she took the item down. Then I said i need to check it. But the employee didn’t open it and let me to check the item. They also didn’t look at me either, they kept talking about the price………Instead, he tied the rope and let me to pay the item.
I think my friends and I will not go again because the staff is very bad and I think we are not respected , I hope your company can improve the attitude of your employees
