40 plus dollars for 3 people. Portions very small and soup was lukewarm. Settings spacious and next tables are far apart... Good for private chats i suppose.

The size of their pork ribs is getting ridiculous. One so small it fits on a spoon and the others are bony and extremely fatty. We have frequented their other outlets and this is by far the worst and are never coming back. You'd be better of at Songfa.

The serving of the ribs seems more generous than usual. Service is quick upon order, tastes okay. However, there’s only one guy doing the serving/prepping of food/cashiering/topping up soup/packing for delivery takeouts (??) ... despite having a few more staffs standing around. Not sure why he was the only one doing everything even when the lunch crowd started to stream in. He seems so busy that I felt bad to even call him out for topping up of soup. Kudos to him for staying positive and serving his customers promptly??

I don't think this can be called laksa bak Ku teh. To me it tasted like a mix of chili ikan bilis paste with white pepper soup to make it look like laksa.. it not deserve to call as laksa

Super terrible experience encountered with this BKT outlet at Bukit Panjang Plaza. It doesn't even deserve 1 star at all!!!!! The service level of the staff is terrible and duper rude! I have requested to refill the soup and waited so long yet this staff just walked past my table to serve other tables when my table was the nearest to their kitchen. I called her twice and she just asked me to WAIT. In the previous encounter in the same outlet, the staff still asked us to ensure to finish the soup if we request for refill. What kind of attitude is this when you are in the service line! Don't come and tell me is understaffed, that is your own issues. You don't give the customers these kinda attitude when we are actually paying for all the services. Please look into this matter and ensure your staff are well trained professionally. TERRIBLE.

Rather overpriced for the small meat portions and tasteless barley. One set - with beancurd, youtiao, ribs, soup, and rice - plus a cup of barley, cost roughly $17. (Beancurd and drink not shown in my photo) The three pieces of ribs in each bowl are quite tiny, although the meat was tasty and tender. The soup was also very flavourful and peppery, while the youtiao was crispy and not too oily. The barley drink was way too diluted, basically almost like plain water. The service staff are mostly older aunties and one of them was friendly and polite.

I had a very bad experience dining at your bukit panjang plaza Outlet . Receipt Number : 45018. Firstly , when we sit down not long later , the waitress accidentally spill all the drinks on the floor next to us . My husband and mothers’ clothes were dirty a bit by the drink . We just feel that it was an accident, so we are fine , and the staff did say a sorry to us . Then , we ordered a set of 3 and sesame chicken . The set of 3 come very fast , and half way we eating , we ask the waitress to follow up on the sesame chicken . We did chased two people , two times , then was told that the seseame chicken order was missed out . However , we were sure the order is in the system through tablet .We are almost done our meal , and my helper still waiting for the chicken ! We are just informed for the missing order but not being apologized about that . After that ,another waitress serving the drinks to the table next to us , and again , it was spilled all over the floor at the same place ! This time was spilled badly on my families feet and pants .. because too many drinks on the floor . The staff not even concerned how badly we affected , and just pass us few wet tissue for us to clean . We are very frustrated about the waiting and the spill , but the sesame chicken finally come. We then order extra dry bak ku teh , and after awhile ,ask one waitress to help us follow up , cos we ordered for abt few mins and worry it beinh missed out again . she went in to check but never get back to us . we wait and wait until i ask again , then she told us our order was not in the system .. same reason again . We were so fed up , which why u not told us in the first time we check with you! We cancel the dry bak ku teh and go to make payment . When we make payment , we did feedback our frustration on the spill and the missing orders , the auntie cashier does not listen our words seriously , just wan faster finish payment and continue to serve other customer . We did ask abt the compensation ( may be discount) , she just ignored and just say the spill also not they want ! All her tone is very frivolous . Actually , we just ask casually on the compensation, if dont have and feel that you all are sorry about the incident , we are totally fine and accepted the apology. We are offended when she replied to me .. “ The spill also not i want “ and tats all ! Then i said , so the missing orders ..long waited for the food are our problems? She replied me , its because the order never get into the system , it was like she push the blame to the system and she is out of the picture . Damn fed up for the dining experience . I got the photo of the staff , i can show u if u need ! Please take action immediately on the customer service and system !

Their youtiao n bean curb is really what I came for. The pepper is too strong for my taste. Most items were sold out and it was only 5pm on Sun.
