★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy customer service. They couldnt locate my items because i couldnt remember the plastic bag that i brought with the item?!? What a joke, they actually store item based on plastic bag. The alteration is not great. It is also not cheap.

I needed some extremely rushed alterations done for my wedding dress and the lady boss was superr nice and friendly.! I am really grateful she accepted my request.! Rates were slightly higher due to the rushed work and cny surcharges but i am more thankful honestly.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a 6th star if there was one! I needed an urgent alteration for something that's happening the next day and Cindy managed to do it in about an hour! Cost of alterations aren't bad at all. Definitely cheaper than some other businesses. You can barely tell that it's been altered as the workmanship is amazing. Thank you Cindy! I will definitely come back again and will recommend it to my friends and family :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cindy and her team are really good, Cindy herself is experienced and managed to alter my 2 wedding dresses I bought online for less than $50 for each dress, very reasonable pricing. Both of them were quite loose on the top/bust/waist area as I am quite petite. It was not an easy job as one of the dresses were a bit complicated but she did it flawlessly regardless. Thanks so much and I'll definitely come back again!
