Best Bicycle Shop in Singapore

F	FaZzDa BuZz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 2 of my cycling shoes and 2 helmet from Tay Junction Oasis Terrace in the past. During both visit, i was treated fairly by the saleslady. She was kind enough to explain the difference and also assist in making preorder purchases.
C	CBP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard many bad reviews about them. Nevertheless, i dropped in to have a look as they seems to have a wide range of items. Seriously, many items are overpriced. No one would bother come and serve you unless you look like a big carrot to chop. I was looking at one accessory and dropped it accidentally. Immediately, the lady staff rushed forward to put it back nicely and didnt even interacted with me at all (seems like shes more concern of the product).
A	Andy Yap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bicycle tyre came out damaged and called this shop and luckily the mechanic guy ok to wait for me to bring the bicycle for repair. He fixed it within 10mins and thanks for his help before shop closing:)
E	Eid Umar (Spiffy) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero customer service whatsoever. I ordered my bike online from Bukit Timah and the staff told me for servicing I need to go to Bukit Timah. For other services like installation of accessories, he can do it for me. Why would I go to Bukit Timah for servicing when there is the same bike shop literally at my door step? It is unfathomable to think in this time and age, shops with zero customer service knowledge, attitude and after-sales service are allowed to survive. They belong in the past and in the rubbish bin.
X	Xiao Feng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is disappointing. I can sense that their employee's are depressed and not very motivated to follow their job scope. Refused to change my handle bar tape even when they are selling them. Only went there because there are no other road bike dedicated shops nearby and I guess you should too. Don't bother calling their lines as shown under Google search. Nobody will ever pick up, and I tried calling from their shop itself. There was no ringing so you guys know the rest.
C	Clinton Brewer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the shop to inquire about servicing my bike. I was asked what brand my bike was. The uncle then said he would have to check with the technician. I asked when the technician would be in so I could speak with him and was told he wasn't sure.. "maybe tomorrow" were his exact words. Got the feeling that he wasn't interested in my business.
N	Natalie Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I went to their Oasis Terraces branch in Punggol to look for their Liv Flourish 4 bicycle. They did not have stock for that model there, so the staff (I assume his name is Dave from the name cards at the cashier) offered to get one bicycle transferred to their outlet, with no obligation on my part to buy it. In less than 24 hours, he called to inform me that the bicycle has arrived at their outlet, and I could come and see it. I do not have much knowledge on bicycles. After further explanation by him and his colleague, I bought the bicycle. They did not pressure me to buy any bicycle accessory such as pannier rack. My purchase experience at the shop was pleasant. The bicycle was smooth to ride which I like.
A	Arjay Sison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with a friend that needs to have one of wheel to be serviced (the bike was bought there) but the lady said that the mechanic is not yet there and may come around 1pm but she is not sure. My friend politely asked if she can message the mechanic to check if he is coming because we don't want to wait for an hour for nothing, but the lady said that they cannot send a text to the mechanic. Good thing the gentle man there approached us after catering the customers that came first and tried to help us. Then few minutes later the mechanic arrived and serviced my friend's wheel. I was considering buying a new bike from them in the future, but if this store is solely focused on sales, and the treatment for aftersales service is this bad, then I will not buy here. I wanted to buy with confidence that the support that customers will get will be good, but not like this.
