I have not learn to appreciate the whole fish head yet but I heard wonders about this stall and just had to give it a try. Their broth is tasted just right savoury with a sweet milky ending. Gonna try their hor fun next time!

But lack the taste that I expected, may be it is me. The poor uncle works alone literally one man show for everything. For that I salute him and thankful I still have a big bowl of very fresh fish soup :))

We decided to give it a try, and it's definitely worth the hype. They carefully cooked each order to ensure the consistency of their quality and each bowl was served hot, individually to us. Their sliced fish soup was really addictive. It was strong, rich and creamy, you can taste the sweet essence of the fish within the broth. Slices of fish meat were fresh and chunky, with no fishy smell. Beehoon was soft and smooth as well.

Waited half hour even though there is only 4 people in front of me. Friendly, hardworking cook. Doesn’t make economical sense as turnaround time is slow. Won’t go again unless there is no queue.

The soup is punchy, generous portion of vegetables and fish for $5. I do find the broth quality to be a little inconsistent - some days it’s ? but on other days it’s more bland, but still overall really good! Cash only.
