Nice hor fun. One of the best. Hor fun has wok hei. Fish was fresh and came in large pieces.

Delicate and carefully skilled ' breath of the wok/WOK HEI': because of the skilkfull stir frying, the ricenoodles are the hero of the dish, they taste awsome and the coplayers (beef and veggies) are merely adding some texture. Personally I like less sauce(just enough to stick to the noodle-not swimming- so I can't really appreciate dishes like lor mee(Michelin star or not;)) but in total I'd say: don't let yourself misguide by the fact there is no queue, this is just part of the art of WOK HEI@!!

Have always patronised the taiwan porridge a few stall beside. Decided to give this stall selling horfun a try today. They served a variety of horfun and prices starts from SGD$5. I had item no.1 which was the sliced beef horfun. The horfun is not cooked from scratch, the meat and sauce is poured onto the horfun seperately. Horfun was nicely fried and has the wok hei to it, sauce was decent and could be better in terms of taste and the teperature. The gravy was served lukewarm. Portion of beef considered generous and has nice texture to it.

It is a delicious plate for hor fun, however, I suspect that a fair amount of msg was used so it may be advisable to avoid if one is sensitive to it.

Fried Hor Fun with Beef($5). Meat, vegetables and sauce were all prepared beforehand, scooped onto the noodles and then, served. It still tasted pretty fresh and flavour was good but nothing outstanding. The highlight was the noodles! It was thrown into the wok, stir fried masterfully and there you have it, noodles full of wokhei. Simply comforting and delicious! Found out they actually do a dry version on request and I love it as the wok hei is more pronounced.

This was an excellent plate of beef hor fun and fish hor fun. You have to add the pickled chilies for an additional layer of flavor if you're into it.

I must have passed it a few times but have never tried it until a few days ago. I had hoo fun with beef in dried version. I also requested extra wok hei which the boss was very willing to do. The sliced beef was tender and the dish met my expectation completely . I shall be back for sure.

A very good neighborhood food stall for hor fun. Good wok hei and reasonably priced. If the beef was more tender, it will be even better.
