โ โ โ โ โ Really well braised beef, able to taste natural flavors of the beef. Light on the palate. Doesn't feel heavy. Can't go wrong with this one.

โ โ โ โ โ I rarely eat beef noodles, and I have to say this stall serves a great bowl of beef noodles. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the sauce was balanced with the right amount of beef flavour and spices, while the accompanying small bowl of soup packed a strong, savoury, and umami punch.

โ โ โ โ โ Thatโs the bigger bowl of braised beef noodles at $8. Delicious! Cleaned my bowl in 10mins. The unassuming soup on the side is very tasty and complements the main dish very well

โ โ โ โ โ Light and clear broth that soothes the soul. Flavours aren't in your face but take a more subtle approach. Which isn't for me.
After trying the dry version, I've jumped shipped. It has a unique profile not found anywhere.
Uncle is very friendly as well! Not sure why some reviews say otherwise.

โ โ โ โ โ Beef Noodle place at Old Airport Road.
No queue to speak of. Ordered the wagyu rice bowl. Made to order which is good.
The wagyu rice bowl was well cooked. I thought it was a bit undersalted but I know that is to the Singapore palette.
The bowl could use an egg or something to bind it together.
Place is worth a try but maybe try the noodles.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered Item 1 on the menu "Braised Beef Noodle" - dry version. This is a unique take by the owner on beef noodles and frankly, I like it! It's nothing like the traditional hainanse beef noodles and definitely not like the Taiwanese style beef noodles. The noodles used are rice noodles, like thin hor fan which soaked up the braised sauce. The braised sauce itself is earthy, beefy and full of aromatics and spices. The amount of thick chunky beef slices are generous too. The beef soup is full of concentrated beefy goodness, a bit too salty on that day, probably been simmering for almost the whole day. The chili dip is flavourful, can taste shrimp paste and ends with a kick! A very different kind of beef noodles but very enjoyable!

โ โ โ โ โ Stall located at a quiet corner of the center, especially liked the noodle, smooth and succulent when soaked in the thick and juicy broth. The sliced beef was tender (no sinew ?), well marinated and goes very well with the noodle and broth. Been eating there for so many years and the quality and standard of the food had never been compromised. Do remember to asked the uncle to exclude the raw onion if you don't take it.
