★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very flavourful dry ban mian (or umian or mee sua) and fried dumplings ? Ghim Moh market has no lack of famous stalls, but this little known stall is one of my favourite. If the ban mian or umian feels too heavy, try the mee sua!
