Was really nervous bringing my sick pet cockatiel to the vet. Was greeted by a friendly receptionist. The doctor listened and quickly found out what the problem was. He was honest but gave me hope about the condition. Price was really reasonable in comparison to other avian vets. Thank you, Dr Christopher Tham.

I have been going to Jireh with my pup for the last one year. Although I have seen different doctors each time based on availability over all experience has been alright. But don't really find the front desk very friendly. My recent visit I was extremely disappointed and deciding to switch to Advanced Vet care where the experience was amazing. I recently visited Jireh with my pup for his vaccination shot, I also needed a signature on an insurance document for claims from my recent consult with a doctor at Jireh. Post the vaccination I did not see the receipt in detail but after coming home saw an extra 40SGD Charge. When I called Jireh they said it was for the signature on the insurance document. I was totally surprised that the signature for a claim would be charged, That too when the consult was already paid for and was at Jireh. This is just for my own claims. Doctor could not help as she said i don't set rules but we charge if you want signature on insurance docs. That is the policy. Front desk wasnt helpful on most queries and were not really able to give much explanation When I inquired about the charge which was an additional 40SGD vs previous vaccine shot visit. They did not have a clear explanation and every time they went back and called back with an explanation To me is it just the principle that put me totally off. I am being asked to pay 40 SGD as administrative charge for 2 signatures for a past consult I have have already paid. How is that even fair?

Dr Christopher Tham is very professional, calm and kind. His advice and explanation is very clear. He is always trying to help patients animals as well as their families. Thank you so much. I highly recommend him!

Staff and doc were friendly. However not allow to go in with the pet. Doc will speak to you over phone. Price on a high side. Overall they're still ok. Clinic did call and follow up a few days later

Love the cat who oversees this clinic! Nurses and vets are also wonderful. Really know their stuff and have calm and kind approach to caring for your pets.

Nurse/counter staff was utterly rude and unprofessional. It should be our first time visit after rescheduling twice. But as we were caught up with some urgent stuff, we called to inform about our possible delay. Yet the nurse’s response was that we had made appointment after appointment, and this time round, “how late is late?” she asked. Had to explained briefly that we had to deal with hospitalisation for the last two appointments, when we had no intention to share that info at all, but now had to do it just to ‘justify’ ourselves. Even though she tried to be friendlier after hearing that and rephrased her previous statements, it just sounded very hollow and insincere. It’s a most unpleasant experience. No matter how good the vets supposedly are (as claimed by the reviewers), it doesn’t excuse the terrible attitude of the nurse/counter staff. Our son is kind to said that maybe she just had a bad day. Even so. If she chose to come to work, then please be more professional. If not maybe she should just take leave for the day, rather than spreading her negativity to others. As such, we had decided to not employ their service.

Our 1st visit to Jireh Vet was awesome. We were greeted with smiley staffs. Dr Emily attended to us was warmth n friendly. Finally I found a vet that is near my home. Best to make an appt to avoid waiting!

Dr Christopher Tham is a very responsible, caring and knowledgeable. Doesn't overcharge on prescribing medicine or unnecessary treatments. Only prescribes and suggest what is needed for treatment and prevention. Got my corgi back to healthy and bouncy just after 1 jab and 3 days of medicine!
