Doctor Kirat is very friendly and attentive when checking our puppy. She also patiently answers all our questions as a first time pawrent, letting us know not to worry. Front desk receptionist is also very friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommended

even thou my beloved pet cat ABOYA has passed last SUNDAY 5/6/22 @Barkway due to old age and some complications - the team and Dr Don has worked and perform their best. Thank you to the team for the constant update on ABOYA and taking care of her then. Fate and time was not in our hands. God bless.

Dr.Don is always very nice and gives gentle medical treatments to my dog. All of the staffs in a vet are kindly and friendly too.

Barkway has been my favorite go-to veterinary clinic for my furkid ever since he was a kitten. We always look for Dr Teng who is always gentle and good at handling my pet cat (side note: my cat is a scaredy and unfriendly type with others but he is always comfortable with Dr Teng). So far, Dr Teng and his team did an excellent job in treating my cat’s sickness, giving vaccinations, doing other minor and major procedures. Lots of thanks to each and everyone at the Barkway. We would recommend Dr Teng and Barkway to anyone who is looking for a regular vet for your furkid.

The doctors are very kind, gentle and professional. A few days ago, my puppy was bitten by another dog, and I called them and rushed down to the clinic. They immediately attended to my puppy in this emergency, especially thanks Dr Don and the team for the particular care and prompt response to the needs.

My cat had ingrown nails. Told Dr Don about my concerns for the use of painkillers because of my cat's age and he did his best to remove them without the need for painkillers or sedation. Thank you so much. The vet here is quite barking good?

We have been recommended this clinic by a fellow pawrent. Brought our dog Choya here for a dental surgery and her old age + breed was always a concern for us to put her under GA, but Dr Teng had done a similar surgery for our paw-friend so we took the leap of faith. The surgery was really well done, the receptionists and nurses were all very accommodating and friendly. The day after Choya's surgery her pain was quite bad so we rushed her back down for intravenous pain relief and spoke to Dr Teng again who assured us things were looking fine. Recovery wasn't easy as Choya had all her teeth removed at once (imagine the discomfort), refused her antibiotics, then had a bacterial infection on her belly in between (cries). We called/WhatsApped the clinic for advice whilst we all tested positive and couldn't visit personally. They were really helpful albeit online and made it a point to get back to us on the vet's advice. No extra cost for all these help and would like to say that we really appreciate it LOADS :") Taking into consideration proximity, we will definitely be back here should the need arises, thanks once again so much especially to Dr Teng and all the friendly nurses!
