Very disappointed and dissatisfied.4 April 22,purchased and the sales lady really unfriendly.Eventually I purchased,she also furnish not with paper bag.

Disappointing shopping experience at Ngee Ann Jo Malone. Was told sharply not to touch anything in the shop but told to key in my details on their touch pad. Isn't this touching? If they can sterilise their touch pad, they cannnot sterilise/ clean the product ? Mind you, I was not testing/ spraying/ opening anything. I only wanted to find out what is it , hold it and look for /read the ingredient label . . Told by Francis that this is Government's policy . Seriously?!? Just walk to Takashimaya 2 mins away, where they have Loccitane and Jurlique and one is allowed to look , touch the unopened products , read the ingredients labels. When asked to show the government's policy in black and white, of course, Francis is unable to. I strongly urge the management to display this YOU CANNOT TOUCH ANYTHING on the window of this Jo malone shop. If this has been made known to me, I will abide by this shop's rules and would have avoided being treated like a criminal. Thank goodness scowl -faced Francis is the only one that has this 'Government's policy' stuck in his head. I bought almost $500 worth of products elsewhere with excellent service provided by ICE. Throughout my whole Sunday shopping, nobody else repeated this Government's policy to me .

I am a long time supporter of this brand but didn't expect such horrible service from that takashimaya outlet at around 1:50pm May 1, 2021. I saw the marmalade collection not long ago from social media and totally fail in love with its packaging. When I walked into the store at around 1:50 the lady greeted me with arrogant tone as I asked for the beloved collection. She introduced me to the collection and I LOVEd them all. I then proceeded to tell her that I will purchase all of the 5 perfumes from the collection. She then offereded me a display set and as I asked if I can have the paper box as well she answered me again in her arrogant tone that I will not get the box. This is ridiculous as I know that Jo Malone always promise great packaging for any purchase. I understand if the limited edition packaging is limited but I think there is always a better way to serve your loyal customer and brand lover. I love your products and I wish you do well here in Singapore. I am sorry for such a beautiful brand to be affected by horrible frontline staff.

Nice service provided by Cheryl. It was a last minute shopping for Mothers Day.Cheryl’s product recommendations is awesome. I’m always a English Pear And Freesia fan but she recommended the Peony scent and it did not disappoint ?

Went to Takashimaya outlet and it was my first time purchasing Jo Malone items.I was served by staff Farhana. Farhana was courteous, approachable, friendly, patient &reliable. She was patient as im not sure which fragrance that i want. She explained and recommended to me some fragrance that i may love. Overall excellent service from your staff Farhana! Keep it up!

I love this brand. That's why it's a shame that the staff's customer service attitude is too bad. It may be the worst in Singapore. You should hire good staff as soon as possible. I decided what to buy and visited the store, but they made me not want to buy. The staff has significantly reduced the brand value. I think it's a very serious problem.

Got to the Jo Malone at Taka pretty late, about 25 mins before closing. Despite the late time, Charmaine was really friendly and warm when serving. She was also informative and knows her stuff well. Very happy with the customer service ??? definitely hope to catch her on the new release of upcoming scents
