โ โ โ โ โ This is my first time encounter such worst service at jollibean bugis junction b1 outlet.
What exactly happen was on 21st Dec 2020; 4:00pm - 4:15pm me and my wife queued up to buy tangyuan and while infront of us there is a customer waiting for 6 tangyuan and the staff decided to give us first but I felt unfair and I kindly talk to them ask them give the customers infront of us first and here comes a kitchen staff looks like Tom Boy and she's very chubby she came out and raise her and attitude voice saying we are doing can you wait..

โ โ โ โ โ Nice soy freeze, soy milk with boba. But avoid the bottle soy milk, especially red date soy milk and charcoal soy milk, it's like raw green juice, taste like drinking grass juice.

โ โ โ โ โ Jollibean soya milk used to taste rich in soya bean flavour. Now, it is bland like water. If you add soya bean curd to soya milk, the soya milk will mysteriously turn into plain water and the whole bowl will taste sourish. This does not happen to what I bought from many other hawker stalls island wide. Jollibean must be cutting corners as it struggles to keep its business afloat.

โ โ โ โ โ I have a hygiene feedback in regards to your outlet located at Bugis Junction when I patronize it at 11.56am on 25th May 2021. One of your staff, a Chinese staff uses his/her bare hand to handle cup lid when closing the cover thus touching the drinking hole and inner lid and also uses the same hand to handle cash transaction.
As now is Covid period and also infectious period, this is not the right way to handle a open lid without any gloves touching the inside of the lid and then cover it and also touching the hole outside thatโs use for drinking especially after touching cash note.
I am very disappointed with the way your staff handle the drinks. Doubt I will drink the soy drink even after spending $1.80 on it.
Hope you you can look into it and train your staff on hygiene handling.

โ โ โ โ โ A healthy choice of traditional pastry i can say.The mini pancake rolls is light in texture which taste so good compared to the normal size pancake as its more thick in batter which make ones feel too heavy when eating. The soya drink taste good not too sweet and now with more choice of flavours for us to choose.Price wise is quite moderate.The food kiosk is clean and bright.

โ โ โ โ โ Employees are rude. Waffle is cold and no reheating is done after taking out from the fridge. The peanut is spread onto the waffle with the outer layer of a paper cup which is unhygienic. Will not buy from there again. There are better options nearby.
