β β β β β Was there on a weekend & staff were clearly struggling to push out food, overwhelmed by the barrage of both walk in customers & delivery orders. Opted for table service but ended up having to collect the food myself from the counter as it was taking forever for someone to bring the food over.

β β β β β Having my Mcdonald Big breakfast after 2 year break. I was at Zhongshang outlet. Ms Vicky was very helpful and caring as I am not familiar with the ordering system. Ms Vicky came and assisted me. Thank you Vicky, keep up the Good Work.

β β β β β located in zhongshall mall that is easily accessible by bus and ample parking space. Restaurant is well maintained eventhough there is not many staff but you may need to wait for counter staff to assist as most of the time they are preparing food/getting food from kitchen.

β β β β β Lovely Manager Vicky! Sheβs very kind and patient with us despite the fact we asked to change a wrong order. (Plain cheeseburger). And she always wears a smile on her face. This is one of our regular hangouts.

β β β β β I'm a huge MacDonald fan and I must say this is my favourite branch. The staff are always very friendly. The outlet is comfortable and bright, not too crowded. You can always expect nice warm food here.
