★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first went to Joy Resources to look for a helper, not only was I welcomed by helpful staff, even the boss Sam was so humble & willing to explain to me the rules & steps to bringing in a new helper without me feeling uncomfortable or pressured by hard selling. They made sure to be there every step of the way, even when I was dealing with MOM. It was my first time taking in a helper so having the staff guide me throughout the whole process was really assuring. Thank you Joy Resources!

Sam, the boss and Denn worked late into the night to screen through the best match for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commendable one of your Sales Consultant (R1326084) Ms Nisrina Nurul Hidayah for her outstanding and professionalism customer service during few month ago i came to Joy Resources Consultant agency at Far East Shopping centre #04-14 to have a domestics helpers for my mother.
She patiently listen to me what my needs and also very very knowledgeable in her work when i ask question and she is able to answer me. Next, even after a few week when we encounter some problem with the helpers I called her she is able to assist and handler the situation very well to the helpers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never thought I'd be writing a positive review on a helper agency... but here I am. I had a different person from the Bukit Timah agency who was very slow and away half the time, so she was replaced with Denn from the Orchard branch. We have been through many agencies but Denn has been the most active and most responsive. We were looking for a replacement and some agencies could be very reluctant on replacements... or put you on the backburner. Not Denn and I felt prioritized throughout. Overall, we were very satisfied in dealing with her. Fingers crossed I selected the right helper but Denn has done more than her job in helping me find one. Thank you.

Mdm Iza has the ability to convince her clients and with transparently. I have never met an agent who could gain our confidence and assisted us with our requirements. She is an asset to Joy Resources and one who possesses great sales skills. We thank her for her assistance. Her friendly nature will simply makes her clients feel confident and comfortable. Bravo.

Sought Flora's help to get one. I interviewed the potential maid and agreed to some special terms. The maid agreed and I arranged for a further interview for my family members. When I told Flora that I will take the maid, she informed me that there's now
a competing interest for the maid.
Then she informed me that the maid has accepted the other competing interest.
I did not appreciate Flora's interference in manipulating the maid to change her mind when we agreed to the terms. I regret there no true professionalism
