★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is specifically for Dentist Dr. Jonathan Chua. He is by far the most patient, understanding and compassionate doctor/dentist that i've had to deal with as a caregiver in a gov hospital. The best is yet to be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jurong polyclinic Dental services on level 3 is a hidden gem. Their customer service desk is manned by friendly staff and their dental service has been consistently good. Most of the dentist are young but competent and they work well with their assistants. I made an appointment regularly every year to do scaling and polishing at affordable prices, alot cheaper than private dentist. The only drawback is they are very popular and usually you have to wait up to 1 year for reservation. This time they are fully booked more than 1 year and I will have to make an appointment through their call centre instead in a few months later. I hope they can have more slots in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time here in the Jurong Polyclinic. User-friendly booking appointment via HealthHub App on same day, and get a queue number 30 mins before appointment time via the same phone app. You will be able to see "real-time" how many persons are in front of your queue number on your HealthHub App or OneNUHS App on your mobile phone.
Upon reaching Jurong Polyclinic, go direct to the assigned consultation room at Level 2. For 1st time visitors or registration, you will be directed to Level 1 registration counter.
My appointment was at 3.50pm on a Thursday afternoon (last person on the queue) and I finished everything by 4.30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse NUH polyclinic. The online registration and app preregistration didn't help to shorten time.
Appointment made ahead of time at 10am, arrived 9:52am to ensure not late. Just the taking of vital signs (blood pressure, temp etc) only done at 10:40am.
Consult will be another pain to wait as there are angry queue waiting as well.
Avoid at all cost even if the nearest as there are other better polyclinic to visit which could take only 20mins end to end time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inflexible at its best.
Appointment to see dr is now by SingPass. But a lot of elderly do not have SingPass or do not know how to use it. My dad had to urgently see a Dr so we used my SingPass to book an appt but was told they could not register him this way. They said we had to either call in or drop by to queue indefinitely. I suppose they think everyone is as free as them to sit in the clinic the whole day, like some day-cation.
Also, forget about calling in and getting someone over their hotline. If you can get someone, you can strike 4D. The so-called solutions they are giving are not even solutions for patients but more for themselves. Convenience for their team.
Total fail in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been this polyclinic several times for newborn check. Each time we have to wait for several hours for just 5 mins Jaundice and weight check even we have the appointments. So what’s the point to make an appointment? >50 peoples in the big room for more than 2 hours, high risk to be infected. Is it a breach of covid policy? Is it serous to let the newborn wait for more than 2 hours?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually it's pretty crowded and advisable to book an appointment using the oneNUHS mobile app before coming. Those without appointments are last in the queue while those with appointment breeze through relatively quickly.
Avoid Monday mornings, as the crowd is usually huge after the weekends. If possible go for the mid week afternoons, where the crowd is usually thinner.

Saturday ( half day)
7.30 am - 12.00 pm
Now a day can make appointment via app health hub, also can make payment by Health Hub App. Very convenient and save my time.
