Been with kagaomo for more then a year. Love that they are always patient with my dog since he can be pretty noisy at times. Recommended!

I've been bringing my dog to them for about a year now, but the service this time really left us so disappointed. The last time i brought my dog in for basic grooming, he came home being extremely scratchy. Constantly scratching his face and licking his paws – which isn't something he used to do alot. Note that my dog doesn't go on walks so he's home all the time, so he couldn't have caught something anywhere else. I gave him checks for a couple of times, and cuz his fur was pretty long and he's white so i thought perhaps there were ticks or fleas on him. Didn't find any, and i thought perhaps it was his diet cuz we changed it recently. Fast forward to about a week or two later, i was carrying my dog and after i put him down, i found something in my hair. Took it out and realised it was an insect that couldn't be squashed. Immediately went to check him again and found dog lice on him. I didn't know there was such a thing until i went to google further. There were so many I basically took the entire night trying to remove as many as i could. Next day after discovering, we brought my dog back in and i told the groomer we found lice on my dog and that he definitely caught it there cuz he only started acting up after his basic grooming session with them. Hence, i requested for a full shave. All the person could respond to our encounter was "oh...." And that was the end of the conversation. No apologies, no nothing. After that when we went back to fetch him, we paid full price (which we didn't mind) for the grooming and even saw my dog mingling with the other dogs despite us telling them that my dog was infested with lice. Honestly as a dog owner and constant supporter, we are extremely disappointed with their service and urge all owners to beware and visit at your own risk. I believe the least they could do as groomers was to apologise for the encounter, and maybe at least we'd still let it go. But with none of that, and the condition of our dog now, its safe to say we're no longer going back there even though we've already paid for a membership.

Been down few times sending my pet for grooming I have to say that they are doing an Affordable and good service. Groomers were very attentive to my needs and understand what I wanted, friendly and the  response was very prompt. Convenient location and a they do provide pets transport services as well just in case if you're too busy to sent your furkids down! Excellent service ?

Love the see through concept of this place as it provides transparency. The groomers were friendly too. Also, love the fact that they are efficient in their grooming so that the fur kids do not have to wait too long over there.
