Moved from Bedok Point to Bedok Mall B1-50. (23Jun22)

Great experience with Jess and Joanne! One cut for my son and one cut for me. Only complaint is did not vacuum the hair properly so still got some stuck. But this is expected.

31/1/21 Edit: OMG I can't imagine the long queue of more than an hour, I just can't take much time. There are so many things I can do within that time. This time I bring down from 4 to 3 stars. 24/12/20. The haircut experience is okay. I didn't ask for fancy hairstyles because $10 barbers don't offer these kinds unless they want to play fraud with you. The barber there consists of mostly women when I visit there. Knowing their cutting skills are not professional, but still acceptable. If I were older enough, I rather spend more than just $10 at a 5 star barber so I could get the best haircut for my style. 21/3/21 Think before you go for such barbers! Take this picture for example

Kcuts claims they do 10minute korean haircuts but apparently their staff will probably take 1.5 hours to cut 2 people’s hair…. So i guess customers can expect that on average a hair cut will take 45 mins?! ? I went to this branch at 7.25pm (a wed night) and there was 1 lady cutting hair inside for a small child. The sign on the door read closed so i went into ask the staff to ask if they were open and she said she closed. Then i checked the online website and Google maps said it only closes at 8.45pm which is nearly 1.5 hours later?!? She had a reluctant look on her face and a hesitant tone then said got lots of people still waiting to cut hair outside (which when i looked around, looked like only 2 people - 1 man and 1 small child. I wouldn’t have minded waiting for a while, but since she seemed so insistent that the shop was closed, i decided to leave. She asked me to come again tmr and i think she was implying that there would be 2 staff tmr instead, but i won’t for sure - a waste of time and poor attitude as the staff clearly just wants to go home early after finishing her “last 2 customers” which is quite ridiculous in my opinion as there didn’t appear to be many people and she probably wouldn’t have taken a very long time to cut their hair either.

Always my first choice of barber around here due to: 1. Hygiene as their tool is sanitise with blue light 2. Price is standard and no extra package or service that will hard sell to you. Only con is the hairstylist always change and hence inconsistent hair cut.

Every time I want to have a haircut here, and there’s not a lot of decent budget haircut options in Bedok central, the lone lady staff is either at a long break or going to go for a break. Something needs to be improved at this outlet. Seriously.

Managed to locate them in Bedok Mall. Near to Seoul Garden Hot Pot at B1. Price still at $10 per cut which is considered value for money as most salon charges $12 in this type of location. Currently having promo free 1 haircut for 1 valid till 30 Nov 2022.
