The outcome of your haircut depend mainly on the mood of that person cutting it. Bad mood bad hair cut. Bad mood = didn't sign treatment or package from them. Or maybe just that one Malaysia guy that works there....

Not a good place for people with naturally curly hair. Went for a trim at the Northpoint outlet. Hairstylist was very rough during the haircut and blow dry. I could feel my hair being tugged and hair snapping.

Cutting skill not much different with $8-$10 haircut, especially the skinny lady. If she couldn't upsell u to do hair color, will just cut simply to finished the process.

Bad hair cut experience.. pay for my son $32 cut and wash. the hairstylist left out washing hair and said cut also $32 without telling my son wanted to wash anot.. and don't think the hairstylist done a good job. Will definitely not going this salon again!

If you ever plan to visit this salon, do not look for the tall, leans blonde guy(I believe he’s a Malaysian). He has a poor attitude. I was asking for his suggestion and I gave my two cents. Then he replied: if that’s the case, I don’t need to cut for you. Your current hairstyle is already what you wanted. Being a professional hairstylist, he should give professional recommendations instead of chasing your customer away.

Made an appointment at the salon after I seen the Shiseido hair products on display in the window. Intended for a trimmed but decided on a moisturizing treatment instead after a consultation with the hairdresser. I am not aware of the local custom of an added surcharge perhaps on the approach of Lunar New Year(?). Would award an additional star if the salon floor is vacuum clear of loose hair if only for safety reasons.
