★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd chanced upon Hair Matters at The Adelphi B1-33 a few months ago whilst shopping for audio gear and they happen to stock a particular brand of hair products which I'm looking for.
So I decided to go there today and grab the shampoo and Deren was very kind and patient to have a quick look at my condition and gave he's professional recommendation. Despite the fact that I'm only in to buy a product, he offered to give an analysis of my scalp.
In short, excellent customer service, highly recommended
