★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst outlet I have been to, despite being a loyal Kenko customer for years.
1st - I booked a session for 2 pax as a Mother’s Day treat for my mum and I, and they didn’t think to reserve beds side by side. So as my mum has foot issues, I was worried about how to look out for her, seeing as how I was seated so far away from her.
2nd - my appt was at 5pm, the therapist didn’t show up until 5.10pm. And that was only after I went to ask where therapist was. We were punctual on the dot btw.
Perhaps it is a case of overbooking manpower? Or maybe just poor customer service? Not sure, but won’t return. Best outlet is still the one at Marina Square, in my humble opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Masseurs are consistently good. They really put their weight into the massage to get to those tight knots. I like Vincent for head/shoulder/ foot massage. He has a cheerful demeanor and is strong. There is also a more senior lady who also does body massages. I'll post again if I recall her name!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always treat myself after a tiring work week. I went on this fish spa last week and I really had a relaxing time. The ambiance is perfect to rest, the services they offer is a little bit price compare to the other fish spa in town but it is worth the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Kenko many times and have never been disappointed with the massages there. Their service is top-notch; everyone really tries their best to give you a great experience. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, you'll find yourself dozing off in no time. I really love the recliners for the foot massage. They are the most comfortable chairs you'll ever sit in.
Oh, and Kenko has therapists who are experienced with massaging pregnant women too, so moms-to-be can rejoice!

Booked an 80min head acupressure session but it’s the worst massage I had. The massage chair smells and the masseuse technique is so bad - just hard pressing with fingertips, shaking my head. I felt so dizzy I had to leave mid-session.
Avoid this place.
