★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kfc city square 5 feb sat. 5pm. Staff was chatting away when they knew customers are watching. Is the management doing anything?
No customers in queue and I had to wait 10 mins for my takeaway, might as well i go pack it myself yes?
Staff was chatting with someone at the kitchen behind. Stopped his packing to answer the staff behind, it went off and on like thid for the whole time. i wonder who is so important that he can stop and slow down, make me wait and watch their chatting. Lack of awareness, they dun even kniw i am waiting or watching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT COME. Wait time is absolutely horrendous. It happened multiple occasions that you need to wait more than thirty minutes to get one burger. There is no organization in the kitchen and staff whatsoever. Everyone is extremely slow and situation is chaotic. They need to be more organised and hire more capable staff. Every time I came here this is a total and complete disaster. Do not come and dine here unless you prepare to wait for an hour for your food (in a KFC, I thought this is supposed to be FAST food )…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse KFC to dine in/order thru any delivery platform. Each time i dine in/order via delivery platforms there is ALWAYS missing items from my order. Chicken is so dry & the staff are always so angry?? To be honest, this doesn’t even deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I has been there yesterday (saturday, 6th February 2021) to get my breakfast. Not so crowded, clean area and fast response. Really so good! You don't need to keep hungry for que LOL. I like has brown they have very crispy and their coffee so original teast thick and bitter. Coffee lover must come and try?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to eat fast food but ended up waiting for about half an hour. I politely asked her to help me pack up my food cos I need to be at somewhere. Then she scold me for picking dining in instead of take way. I think maybe you should speed up your process or just dont call yourself a fast food chain.
