★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 20mins before we are led into the restaurant even when we are the next in line. Pot was tiny even for a single portion. Worst still, my hotpot that needs time to boil came after all my friends finished eating. There is only one piece of seafood each. Most of the staff don't even understand English. Severely overpriced restaurant that doesn't deliver good services exactly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed dining experience. Eel looks like a joke in the Eel and wagyu don compare to the menu. All dishes are heavily sourced (MSG?) and over sweet and salty.
Stuffs look unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a wait on 1st day of new year. Price is very reasonable. Food is good for its price range. He the salmon and ikura hot stone bowl. Appreciate that the ikura is served as a side and not in the hot stone bowl. Feels a little like pepper lunch with butter but no sauce. Hot pot is nice but they forgot the egg. Took a while to get the servers attn and had to walk up to the counter to ask of the missing egg in the hot pot that was ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to be at city square and girls wanna japanese food for their lunch. Surprised with their long queue. We were served rather fast as they have automated queue system. Seamless ordering and food delivered very quickly too. Really nothing to complain about given the low price tag. Service is prompt and food is fine. Oh yes, I think the management have to look into changing their chair as the seat was broken, making us very uncomfortable especially wearing shorts.
