j	justine tang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be a supporter of I Love Taimei during the circuit breaker period. After today it would be my last time I buy from them. A lady who doesn't seem happy working there said $4.30, I asked if it is $3.90, she said no. I asked again as I used to pay $3.90, she did not care to explain, apparently the price increased, and I paid. The queue number flashed on the screen is not accurate plus there are a lot of deliveries made so my order was pushed further down. After 15 min the number still remained unchanged so i waited for another 10 min. In the end another lady saw me standing and asked for my receipt, then handed me the bubble tea. I asked why the number did not flash on the screen, they kept quiet and continued to do their work. I will rather wait 30 min at the next door Koi with better attitude from now on.
E	Emiyu Leis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience there was great!! Friendly cashier when ordering, she explained everything clearly and was extremely patient. After paying I just walked around the mall as she told me the waiting would be long. When I returned, she recognized me and handed me my drinks and food with a smile and thanks. Food tasted delicious too, cripsy and warm chicken with just enough seasonings and drinks was refreshing for a hot day. Would buy again??!

I figured it’s because the staff are severely overstretched and overwhelmed with orders everyday. Staff count gets lesser as turnover rate is high. Always different people working each time I go. Along with lesser, inexperienced staff, what you get is quality going down the drain and a much longer waiting time. Wait time on 3pm in the afternoon is half an hour for a packet of fries. A whole row of grabfood/panda riders waiting impatiently to collect their food. Now I only patronise this place because they sell dirt cheap prices on Lazada/Shopee. $1 for drink, after minus lazada coins it’s technically free. Or $1.80 for fries on Shopee. Even then the food turns out to be a disappointment. Soggy fries, with the inner being hard. Poor quality. Now just waiting to clear my remaining drink vouchers. Nightmare everytime I go, have to wait half an hour for a simple drink or food.

r	readernews1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend grape yakult series, over dose of syrup, too sweet. Syrup still not so soluble in drink after shaking. Ask for exchange, but can't so have to throw whole drink away. Other items in store still OK.
