β β β β β Impeccable customer service by the staff at Hillionβs mall!
I went to the branch at Lot One Shopping Mall but staff is not keen to take the extra step to check if Hillionβs branch has stock for the dog food that Iβm looking for, asked me to call Hillionβs branch myself to check.
Iβm glad I called Hillionβs branch. The staff took a while to check on their stock and told me that they have the dog food Iβm looking for. They even asked if I would like to reserve it for collection on the same day. This is what I call good service!!! Keep up the good effort ??

β β β β β I will not go back again to this stall, I was told that the hamster cage was $25, but the price was 32.95... after that the stuff told me the disign was different so expensive when they aready scan the cage, after I being home the cage size was different to fix my own.. haizz, and the stuff was malay, I heard that both of them say why he so troublesome....

β β β β β This is so frustrating. I needed to get some supplements for my dog, and from PLC website, it is stated to call the store and check on availability. I called up Hillion Mall where they mentioned they do not have stock and asked me to call Junction 10 outlet as they have one available. I called the store and asked if they have the product, the person on the line just asked me to call her back cause sheβs very busy.
In dire need of the supplements, I called HillV2, the person on the other end, very helpful and polite. She told me they do not carry the product and to try calling Hillion Mall cause in their system they have two pieces. At this point i just felt like I went in one circle. I explained the whole scenario to the staff, and she helped me to call Hillion Mall. She called me back and told me she has reserved my item at Hillion Mall. So now it magically appears?
Iβm here wondering where are the lovers in Pet Lovers Centre?

but just one small thing uhm yesterday i was there looking for pet food and i have noticed a rabbit having hard time breathing in the cage/transparent box and the it kept reaching to the hole to breath in oxygen.

β β β β β Whenever we step in the store, we are greeted with very warm welcome! There is a time, i was looking for some item that is not available in their outlet, the staff had make the initiative to bring the items over to their shop.. and even inform us whenever there is new promotions. Good job!

β β β β β The staff there is friendly and helpful even theyβre busy checking and putting their stocks. Once you entered in their shop, they greet you and says thank you even you just drop by to see the pets that their selling and never buy anything.
The shop is cleaned and tidy although its small. The cages of their pets are all cleaned and has available food and water while the tank of their fish is also cleaned.
