β β β β β waited an hour and a half for one meal, which was absolutely ridiculous. what was even worse was that the food wasnt even warm? it was like as if it was prepared thirty minutes ago, and had just sat on the counter waiting for staff to call our order number. how can this be classified as a fast food establishment, if im waiting for 1.5HOURS for a simple meal?

β β β β β Order 5 pieces chicken meal which was supposed to include 3 pcs cereal chicken and 2 pcs hot and spicy chicken @$19.95. The meal should have total 4 side dishes. Order was for take away hence couldnβt check in store if was correct, but asked the counter if the order number was correct and they confirmed.
Only after bringing home then realised only received 2 pcs of chicken and 2 side dishes. The rest are no where to be found.
Called store number and never got anyone picked up. My family was left hungry for the night due to this mistake and no one bother to pick up my call to help with the situation. The store is not even crowded to accept this kind of mistake.

β β β β β I visited KFC PLQ mall last night at 930pm and I could find a table easily. The Chinese and Indian male staff at the counter was very helpful. I ordered the limited time offer of two pieces chicken meal at $5.95. It was fried on the spot and piping hot. Itβs a pity thereβs no more burger available. Else I would order a Zinger. I left the restaurant at 1015pm and they didnβt chase the customers.

β β β β β Went for the golden durian mochi only and it was dope. It had the right combination of crispy on the outside and gooey strong flavours of maoshanwang. Would recommend getting the 10 pieces promotion

β β β β β Convenient nook positioned directly opposite the ever-busy Yakiniku Like serves as a great spot to perch for a nice pre-dinner snack while waiting for our number to be called.
Clean outlet with patient staff. No complaints about food; itβs prepared up to spec.

β β β β β Good place and counter staff are respond well even though heavy overwhelm crowded due to International chicken day July 6. Taste was good and counter staff good. Enjoyed the meal. Nice place overall.

β β β β β i can tolerate short-handed, long wait for food and sometime not as fresh chicken, overall the location is convenient and fried chicken - who doesn't love it?
but i received a mashed potato with powder-like texture in more than a small-spoonful portion in my take away. accidentally tasted a little and it's very dry, not sure what is it and threw the whole bowl away.
emailed, auto reply says 3-5 days to response, not yet responded.
