β β β β β Ordered 2 zinger burgers, ala carte. The meat portion was so small, probably smaller than half the size of the bun. The 2 zinger burgers came up to 1 portion for me. Please make your portions reasonable, avoiding for now.

β β β β β Missing 1 cheese fries. Gave too much ketchup. Very stingy with chili sauce. Drinks alrdy indicate no ice but still got ice. The order is not so difficult. If you can mess up a 30dlr order, god knows what will happen to big orders. Not the first time getting wrong orders here. This is bo chap attitude.

β β β β β the employee was unfriendly and rude. She did not give a good service. The bun, turkey bacon was hard. I found a strand of hair in my food and ask for a change in addition I did not request for anything else. She took it and gave me face. Her service was poor and I donβt feel welcome to eat there.

β β β β β terrible service. the staff took the wrong order. so had to ask for refund and it was so difficult coz apparently card payment are not refundable! as I took takeaway, only realize it's missing 2 tenders and the spoon. they also made the same mistake for the previous customer taking takeaway. I don't know if it's forgetfulness for such a small order or purposely done
