It happens that my bike casette is loose, went to Kh Cycle to see if their in-house mechanic are able to help, one friendly young man, suggest that I need a spacer for my casette but unfortunate they do not sell the spacer. As I was still outside the showroom, the same young man came out with a spacer. he mentioned he managed to find one spare one. Help me with the installation at a reasonable fee. Thanks so much.

Had issue with look pedal spare parts…. After emailing KH cycle, they send one spare to ecp KH cycle… very efficient and very customer centric.. no questions asked. Very very pleased… great support khcycle

Good lads with great attitude. Brought in my wheels and tubeless tyres for help in mounting (after an unsuccessful 3hr attempt by myself at home). The guys took on the task without any qualms, mounting the tight Schwalbe tubeless tyres on my 2 wheels. Took them much effort to get them on (abt 45 minutes) and they finally did it, without any grumble. And the service fee was way reasonable given all they did. Thanks guys! Life saver! ??

Fancy items, terrible terrible customer recovery service. Had a flat tyre, popped in to KHcycles for a quick fix. Ended up coming out with spoilt gears after spending 2 hours there. (What was meant to be 20 mins as the guy said). Once they figured out they messed up and couldn’t reassemble my internal gear hub correctly, they became rude, and blamed me for having a bike with a "rare" gear only AFTER they realized they can't put it back together. They were watching YouTube videos to figure it out, and then continued to complain that my bike needs severe servicing. It does not - my bike ride was recently serviced (by a very skilled bike mechanic). I would have appreciated if they were more careful before disassembling my bike, and told me they are not sure rather than going ahead with it. AND not even offering me any service recovery….. still had to pay for the tyres and so… on top of that, I now have to fork out close to $200 to get the gears fixed, which they ruined. from an 8 gear, I’ve been riding around with 1 gear. It’s been highly inconvenient. If you dig into their other reviews.. I’m not the first to come out with a ruined bike.

Overall poor service and quality of repair! Probably OK for some standard service and repair but once it comes to real mechanical issues they lack knowledge and a sense of service: last time got cassette and chain changed, after that shifting was totally off. Had to go back once again to ask them to adjust shifting and check if chain length is correct. Despite being the official Scott/Syncros dealer here in Singapore, very poor availability of spare parts: probably to save storage cost. Service is really bad: bought a bike, asked for an upgrade right away. Guy told me part is not available, he will need to order. Never came back to me. And as mentioned by many people already: no attendance to customers in the shop. You can literally walk around in there for 10 minutes and no one bothers to attend to you. Overall impression: they want to sell bikes and don`t bother with anything else.

Great service, patient lady boss shared her knowledge about ideal Scott bike size and recommended decent ones. It would he better if KHcycle caters more Asian ladies sized models.

Great place to buy a bike -- Francis was patient and willing not only to explain the difference between the Scott models but also differences with other brands. Unhurried and unpressured environment, it allowed me plenty of time to look around (incl at other places... ?) before settling on a choice, which came with a simple bike fit, set-up and some additional accessories. Will be back again when I need to get stuff. **Two Thumbs Up!**

Good experience with mechanic KM. He did the bar tape change for my wife bike. Pricing is reasonable and service by KM top notch. Will come back here again soon.
