I brought my Brompton bike in to change out the stock saddle. Store uncle measured my sit bone with a Selle measurement cube a few times so that he can get accurate measurements and subsequently advised me on which Selle saddle is suitable base on my sit bone width. Uncle was patient in explaining the differences with the saddle types and installed the saddle and made some bike adjustments for me. Definitely recommend this place if you are interested in getting a authentic and genuine Selle saddle.

Avoid at all cost. Extremely rude. There are many other bike shops in the area that will give u great service, don't waste ur money and time here.

NO STAR!! Extremely bad experience, very rude owner, if you need change of bike part he is very accommodating but when you bring it back for him to check , he was RUDE and even YELLING at me in front of other customer. He didn’t even check the bike to knows what’s really wrong. I DONT EXPECT A FREE REPAIR. I CAN PAY! BUT THE HUMILIATION YELLING AT ME IS VERY UNEXPECTED INFRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMER! Went to different bike shop , said the part that he put was not align. Very surprise, it’s expensive but not worth it.

After reading some notorious reviews about this tuck away bicycle shop along tanjong Katong road, with intention to buy a specific model which they carry, I gave them a call & a friendly gentleman answer to my queries. Still unsure of the specifications, I called back again & he cleared my questions without irritation. I decided to visit the shop & it was by appointment only. I called again & in a jiffy, he appear an hour later while I visit some of the nearby cafe while waiting. He educate me on some of the MTB models & various pricing without prejudice. This prompt me to buy another MTB instead of one. He did not display any act of arrogances or money making attitude, otherwise why would he gave me an orientation of the price range peg to the specification of the bike? Might as well hide all the cheaper one & show me only the expensive ones. As I am busy most of the week except Sunday, I shall visit the shop by appointment again, this time to collect both my purchases.

Brought my foldable bike down to the store to get my dropped chain fixed. Store owner was helpful in fixing the issue immediately with a small fee. Overall good experience, they seem to carry a very wide range of bike accessories although I do not know what the prices are. Do check it out and drop a review on whether the prices are reasonable!

Boss is very friendly and helpful. First time getting SMP Saddle , but we didn't know our size to fit us. In shop have measurement, So I and my partner didn't need to worry about that painful journey. SMP Saddle very comfortable, didn't feel any painful at all. Highly recommended to walk in shop.
