★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not come here. Although the place is small, I didn't mind. But half the place could be used to play. And so many restrictions. The right side where you see the ring crawl area with slide cannot be used, staff said for show only.
Was told to not have any sand into the balls area. Just a little was stuck to the socks. Also cannot. 1yr baby carried the toy to the ball side.. cannot. Had to forced it away from baby.
People plsae for a 3hr package plus 4 rides at 38. The money is better spent else where like sunshine where the kids can play freely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a total waste of money. Save yourself the bad experience and go somewhere else.
1. A lot of restrictions - not allowed to carry toys to different areas, parents must make sure that the child pees beforehand. If a child has an accident, the “fine” is $50.
2. Size of the playground - The space is small (roughly 5x8m) and half of it can’t be used.
3. Our timing was cut short - we paid for 30 min. The staff has let us in around 11:03. At 11:19, we were asked to leave.
4. Accompanying parent price - there is no discounted rate for a parent who needs to accompany the child (bcos the child is just to small to play by himself).
Save your money, go to bolotree, sunshine playground or somewhere with bigger space, staff who is trained how to work with smaller children and not 20 million restrictions.

I'm a regular patron of this playground despite it being small. I visit this place because it's near my house.
However, there was an incident today which made me extremely unhappy.
The service staff was a spectacled Chinese girl.
When we were done playing, as my son was leaving the premise, the staff shouted at my son saying "HEY, you cannot snatch toys!!"
Apparently, my son took a toy from the hands of another child as he was walking out. I was shocked as this is definitely not the way to talk to a toddler.
The other kid's parent immediately said it's ok, as it's no big deal.
This staff is clearly in a wrong job fit. This is not the correct way to behave and to treat a toddler. If you are not passionate about what you are doing, you are better off doing other things.
I'm sorry but this will probably be the last time I'm sending my child there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very friendly, attentive & observant. Always keeping a look out for any hazards. Rules are clear before entering. Hence, justified for the price paid. Kids love the seeds play area. lots of toys available for them, new toys introduced every other month we came to visit, which is a nice change for the kids.
I was able to leave my kids unattended as the staff was very friendly, helpful & observant too. Kudos to the staff. Thank you so much for the great experience. ?
